Students get admission as per quota and merit based There is no written test is required I applied online for this college website is hsbte.org.in I didn’t prepare anything for taking admission Just take it easy
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose thus course because computer engineering is in trend,at present there are numerous high paid jobs in IT field Aslo, I have huge interest in computers There are high tech classrooms and computer labs Whole faculty members of computer engineering is very very cooperative and helpful In every 6month there is final term exams as well as there is sessional which is kind of test in every month in college, to check the performance of students Level of exams is not so high, it moderate. I’m a average student still I cleared my whole computer engineering diploma easily
Internships Opportunities :
I did internship from mohali (punjab) inwhich I learned python language which is very helpful for me to finding a job Aslo i my final year or final semester me and my group members made a website of tour and travel which was our project
Placement Experience :
There is high percentage of placements in this college Very high end companies visit in college for placements like toyota,maruti,dell,infosys,L&T manymore where students built up there career in very great ways
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is admission fees which is near about 4500 rupees for boys and 3100 rupees for girls Fees per semester of any course in this will cost 2850 rupees for boys so, annual fees will be 6000approx where as in terms of girl there is aslo admission fee but it will cost 3100 rupees ,fees will be less,which is 1300 per semester so,annually it will be approx 3000 rupees Moreover, there is an exam fees which cost you nealy 750 rupees per semester for both girls as well as boys. In addition, there are some scholarships for students whose annual family income is below 150000 rupees and few scholarships for students who are belong from sc/st/obc category Addition, some merit based scholarships are aslo there.
Campus Life :
There is trip organised by college in every six months. There in library in college there is no extra charges for it. Campus of this college is huge as well as neat and clean There some clubs for sport activities, languages, extra subject, personality development so on
Hostel Facilities :
Food quality of hostel mess was great also every time different food is served to students Rule and regulations are very strict of hostel But hostel in also very hygiene and affordable for students

Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.

Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development

Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.
