Likes
- The campus remains clean. You can make many friends from various streams.
- You can eat in canteen of you don't like the mess food since there are a lot of them . Even dominos, lapinoz pizza, subway are also there.
Dislikes
- Classrooms need to be improved. By changing the benches since they are soo small to sit
- Some faculties are rude soo they can be a little bit soft to students .
- Strictness towards boys and girls being together should change a little bit since this is a college where both boys and girls come.
Remarks :
Soo btech biotech course compared to all other college was low in this college only. And gujarat is a safe and developing state as we know soo you can get employment opportunities over here. Even for biotech, there are companies in vadodara itself and in Surat too. Soo it becomes a good chance to get placed there. Admission process is soo easy, there is no particular criteria, thatswhy each field has a lot no. of students. Based on your 12th result you can get a scholarship. Normally you can come over here and can get admission without giving any entrance exams.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are educated. Most of my faculties are PhD holders actually all faculties that belong to my course are PhD holders. They are helpful but sometimes not. But they will definitely help you in research, project, or things like this. Soo there are 8 semester in 4 years and in each sem there is 1 mid sem exam and 1 weekly exam. Where weekly exams of all subjects are taken online while mid semester exam and end semester exam are offline. Exams are not tough soo if a student studies daily for even 1 hr it's enough for him to score good in exams.
Internships Opportunities :
No I have not opted for any internship yet but I am looking forward for it. Most probably in the 4th sem we will have to do intership in pharmaceutical companies or biotech based companies like biocon, cipla etc.
Placement Experience :
In the third year or last year, companies came to hire some students. Not 100% placement is there but if you are having the skills and you are talented you will get placed. For my course this year the highest package was 16 lakh per annum. Internship are compulsory soo you can do intership but it is not probably paid.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tution fees + University examination fees= 137000 per year ( no other fees are included apart from these two) Course duration - 4 years For South Indian students the fees is a little bit high, like if you belong to any South state you will have to pay an approx of 175000 but it varies based on your scholarship or 12th percentage. Scholarship will only be provided based on 12th board marks that too in one sem only. If you are sc, st, or obc and from Gujarat only, than there is again a difference in your fees structure.
Campus Life :
Soo fest takes place whole year. There are many clubs where you can participate and show your talent. Dhoom is the annual fest of parul which takes place in nov- dec. There are many different libraries for students of different stream . The best among all is the main medical Central library which is filled with books. Libraries have books that you want soo you can get it easily. Sports take place often like there are different competition that takes place from time to time. Both indoor and outdoor games are held. Sports like khokho, kabbaddi, football, basketball, cricket are most played game in this university. Biotech bonza is a social group especially for biotech students. Like this only there different clubs for students from different field.
Hostel Facilities :
Well I live in hostel. Everyday workers come to clean your room in the morning at a fixed time and even the bathroom is cleaned everyday. You can give your clothes in laundry that comes twice a week and it is also scheduled at 6 in evening. Hostel food is quiet good. But remember they don't provide non veg food inside the hostel or the mess you have to take a seperate mess for non veg food. 3 meals are provided in a day. Sometimes we don't like the food while sometimes it's better. There are a lot of pg's and hostel outside the campus. With almost same price and close to college soo if you don't want restrictions that much you can opt for pg's. You can come to campus and choose the hostel by visiting it. It is based on certain criteria like no of roomates, ac-non ac rooms, attached or common washroom. Well I live in a hostel with non-ac room and 10 roomates and my fees is 86000( both hostel fees and mess fees) per year. This increases one thousand ever year.

They are good after m pharma around 90% but after b pharma not much because students opt to go for further education overall it’s is good and students a can rely on placement after completion of their course

Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.

No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.

I havent got any job offer or placement from this University because i m a Diploma student but i will definitely try to search by myself for the job opportunities.I would rather handle my home business may be an 9 to 5 Job.

I have selected this course because of placement opportunity. Faculties members are highly qualified and they usually teach using PPT, white board, computer, etc . There is one mid term exam and one gtu exam per semester.
