- I think that the college can offer more courses that would be relevant and adds value to the course.

Remarks :
I chose this college for its reputation, placement opportunities and also for affordable fee. The most in-demand courses in the college are B.Com and Vis.Com. The students are selected based on their marks secured kn their 12th board exam. The good aspects of the college is that students are allowed to enter and exit the college at any time, the gate will not be closed. Students gain opportunities to get placed or internships in top companies. Students have the freedom to hangout or study at any place in the campus. The bad aspect is that students are not informed of the cultural event invitation from other colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The main course offered are relevant to their stream but some of the allied courses offered are totally irrelevant that it is does not add any value to the student. The courses offered to evening shift students are more relevant than morning shift students. The faculties in the department are well qualified and experienced. Most of the professors have a Phd in their stream. The lectures of the professors are clear. Though some have no full knowledge of their subjects. It makes it difficult to understand the concept. There are three exams in a semester. There are two internals exams which carry 50% of weightage for the semester. A internal exam is conducted for 50 marks in which both the exam marks are combined to evaluate out of 50. The main examination carries 50% weightage. It is conducted for 100 marks which is converted to 50 marks. These exam marks are combined to determine the result of the students for the semester.
Internships Opportunities :
Students are offered internship opportunities from different companies like Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, EY etc. For now we have received internship opportunities from Goldman Sachs and Deloitte. We will get more ahead in 4th semester and 6th semester.
Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are offered from top companies like KPMG, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, EY, Zomato and others. Students are offered roles like Risk analyst, Assistant auditor, associate auditor and others. Last Goldman Sachs offered a package of 8LPA, Deloitte and Zomato offered 6LPA. Though all the students do not get the opportunity to get placed, some will be benefited from the placement opportunities offered.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There are two shifts in the college, morning and evening shift. The fee for evening shift starts from 60000 for a semester. The fee for morning shift per semester ranges from 9000-13000 which makes it so affordable. Students who prefer to do additional courses like CA, CMA, ACCA and others can pursue without a lot of financial burden. A fee of 200 is collected per year for different festivals and activities in the department. There is no additional charges for library, lab or for others. All the facilities of the college can be used by their students. If students prefer to stay in hostel, they have to pay additional fees for the room and food. There is also scholarship offered to students who belobg to SC and ST. Scholarships are also offered to students who secure high marks in the semesters.
Campus Life :
There are three events conducted by the college. An event is conducted within the department where students among the same department compete against themselves. Another event is conducted where students representing different departments compete against each other. And the final event where students from different colleges participate in the events conducted by different departments. There are also celebration for Pongal and Christmas in the campus. There is nearly 1,00,000 books in the library of Loyola college. There are grounds to play cricket, basketball, football, volleyball where any student is welcome to play. There are also NCC, Army, Navy and Airforce clubs within the campus. Students are to complete 60hours in any of the wide variety of clubs offered in 1st semester. The students have to complete 90hours of social service in order to receive their degree.

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
