Remarks :
I choose gcet for various purposes like low fees, placement, low academic pressure and crowd. I take admission in gcet by jee exam through obc quota in 82 percentile.the bad aspects of gcet is that they takes few direct admission also.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculty is decent in academics and supportive in nature.mostly faculties are graduated from good colleges. Doubt solving is provided by teacher instantly and patiently. The behaviour towards students is very polite. Every month internal exam is conducting for the practice of students
Internships Opportunities :
I didn't take any internship in first sem. And I also don't have any knowledge about internship. I think in 3 year some internship will be provided and some also in 2nd year. Projects and internship program will be started by 2nd year .
Placement Experience :
Placement Percentage is average. In starting we don't have knowledge about placement but our seniors told us that placement is good for those students which are studying decent. Internship opportunities are not given for first year till now. But I think internship will be provided after 1st sem
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees is very low of gcet according to other colleges.for btech 1st year in 2024-25 it's only 115000 and other charges only for aktu exam registration. There is no other fees. For first year I didn't expect any scholarship in gcet.so the galgotias college is very affordable.
Campus Life :
Campus Life is very enjoyable.Many events occurring regularly. A big event freshers is organised latest on 4th of December in which around 6k students are present. A very big event unifest also occured in March in which 10-12k students presents. so the campus Life in galgotias is very enjoyable.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is not allowed for first year batch. Galgotias has small hostel which is full by seniors.hostel is looking good from the outside view the facility will be provided in hostel as I talk to my senior by the galgotias hostel . Laundary, wifi, sports,events facilities are providing in hostel.

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
