- Food in this college is not so good but it is good, The staffs are very friendly except some. the lab facilities are equipped but not up to the mark in some departments. I liked the atmosphere and the infrastructure is good eco friendly atmosphere greenery campus. There is a lot of technical events like hackathon, Ideathon,.etc... an international conference but there is no nontechnical events like cultural ,symposisms,etc.... It is very rare to conduct a cultural. There will be only one spots day conducted per year and club activities are conducted like Maths Club, Red Cross Club, etc
Dislikes
- The rules are very strict and We cant survive as a normal college student, We cant able to enjoy the college life in this college. We should wear only a formal wear regularly if we dont wear a Formal dress they'll take our ID and call our parents. We doesn't have any cultural or like that events. We are not allowed to take mobiles or use mobiles in the college campus. We should not take any food or snacks from the outside into the college if we Do that we'll be punished. We should not grow our hair, we should not grow our beard.
Remarks :
I take admission in this college because Of bus And food Facilities. In my college Miss provide unlimited meals there is a separate which and non veg sections, except me all my friends like this college food. This college doesnt have any significant features to be appreciated there are no proper facilities and infrastructures. there is no placement in our college last year around only ten percent of the students are placed in the entire college. The only thing the students in the college like is the food which given a complimentary to all the students ,the second thing our college gives good internal marks to all the students. Students are only allowed to play when they are selected for sports team and few weeks before college day for price distribution. There are many clubs like IEEE, cybersecurity club ,GDSE and more.
Course Curriculum Overview :
In Panimalar Engineering College they follows according to the anna University Syllabus only, Some of the faculties in my colleges are very good And some other faculties treats us like prisoners. My college is very very different Comparing to other colleges. In this clg Whenever you done any mistake firstly you need to write a letter for example... if you didn't wear a shoe you need to write a letter, if you didn't wear id card you need to write a letter, if you are late to the college you need to write a letter, if you bring any snacks to the college you need to write a letter, if you speak while taking the class you need to write a letter, if you want something you need to write a letter.......... The course is given by Anna University though it is updated, The staff don't have the knowledge about it and just read the book and go. The skill development course and practical sections need to be increased. More than 70% of the students pass without arears.
Internships Opportunities :
The internship opportunities are not very well. You can only get the internship by your own. College will help you to get the internship like Q Spider placement training for money rupees 10,000. These are the things my college done as a internship purpose.
Placement Experience :
In our college replacements are not very good but also not very bad. The average packages 6LPA, highest packages 16LPA As of I know The lowest packages 3LPA. The college will make you placed in any company if you are not placed till March.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Panimalar engineering college fee ranges from 70,000 to 2,85,000. For BE/B.Tech- 1,25000-300000 , For MBA-1,70000, For ME/M.tech- 1L - 2.5L.. i have paying 125000 per year because im came to this college in the TNEA process. And we need to pay the exam fees for every sem, i ranges from 3000-8000, Rupee 500 for each paper. And they give scholarships for the students who are all came in the merit or TNEA. 4 out 10 students gets the scholarship. I'm studying in the department of computer science and business system where the fee structures is around 1,25,000 for me and will be paid per year. There are totally 8 semesters for completing this course. The fee structures of Manimal Engineering College is gradually increasing and there is a special fees for sports players first graduates scholarship for 1st graduate students and also helps in the influence of sportspersons. Scholarships are provided to minority communities and the class toppers get a price amount of 10,000 every semester.
Campus Life :
In Panimalar Engineering College there is no annual events , Culturals or functions Based on academic schedule. No industrial skills and no internships are provided. We have a library with some books but we are not allowed to read them too. If you want to read those books we have so much of rules and regulations we need to follow for to read the books. I'll say one rule , We should not go to the library when the class is going on. We should go to the library only in the break time and the break time exists only 10 minutes. So it's just for fancy purpose. Our classroom are outdated and all the things are in a broken state, there are no proper lab facilities too. My campus infrastructure in my college is very beautiful but it is only for fancy purpose rather than that there is no use. My college campus contains full of positive thoughts boards. Separate ground for all year students ,no wifi facilities because mobiles are not allowed for both teachers and the students.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel fees 85,000 including food and laundry, if you go to PG the total amount comes around the same but sometimes there wont be enough food on the washing machine wont be available but there are PG available near the college. In hostel there is a gym and a small store . In the store snacks are available. and the gym will be closed at 11PM and open at 4AM. You can roam in the college campus in the midnight they wont question you. In weekend they Steam newly released movies for the hostel students. There will be hostel Days for students.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
