- Not dislike about faculty or campus..just some bad students.
- No comments as per my experience everything is overall fine.
Remarks :
No you just have to clear jee mains with good percentile and than there are different admission cutoff ranks, and you get admission and some additional, spot round top happens so don't worry of you have some lower rank still you can get a better branch here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose mechanical engineering as it was my dream branch. Best faculty of this college is mechanical engineering. I think it's the best decision to be here. Only demerit is the first year syllabus and rest is good. They always focuses on studies. 2 midsem papers and an endsem in a semester.
Internships Opportunities :
No not yet as I'm in first year but I will surely go for an internship and as I said I have no idea about internship so I have to learn about it. It will take me time ...but I think if internships are available so they must be good.
Placement Experience :
You just have 7.6 CG for better placement overall placement is good. As far I know mechanical branch always have the best placement and almost all students get placed. No internship idea. But I will rate it as good.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
1st year tution fees 75000INR and other fees 60000INR, and from 2nd to 4th year tution fees 75000INR and other fees 52500INR, So total college fees for first year is 135000INR and for the next 3 years it is 127500INR. Hostel fees is 27000INR and Mess fees is 36000INR for each year that is total 63000INR. Various scholarships are available like UP Scholarship, Reliance Scholarship, National Scholarship, and many more you can go through Budy4Study.
Campus Life :
On the scale of 10 , life at campus would be rated as 8.3 out of 10. In case of hostel you will only find shridharacharya as the best hostel various food items...a lot of variety. Good staffs in hostel and in campus too. Classrooms are good to...I will say if you want to go best government college always take HBTU in your priority.
Hostel Facilities :
I got hostel. And my hostel is the oldest hostel known as shridharacharya hostel or LVOLD, it's the best hostel because it has the best food among all the Hostels. For first year boys there are 2 hostel in east campus. A little expensive hostel but in terms of facilities it is better.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
