Likes
- Department Classrooms and Labs are very good . Both classrooms and labs are very well equipped with new technology that helps in good learning
- Central Library of the college is very good . It provides a good atmosphere for a individual to study .
Dislikes
- Canteen timings are very less only till 5 pm which is very less from the perspective of a hosteler
- Curriculum is old based on Kurukshetra University. College is not at fault in this. Curriculum needed to be updated by universal based on current technologies.
Remarks :
The main factor was affordability and placements was very good during the 2020 session. The admission process was simple , my admission happened on the basis of 12th marks. There were no special GD Rounds or Written test conducted for admission
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is very old it needs to be updated based on new industry requirements. The faculties are very good. They always try to help student in every possibly ways. There were total 3 sessional exam and one final semester exam that happened in college. The difficulty level of the exams is medium
Internships Opportunities :
No , i did not opt for a internship through campus. I find my own internship at a company in Mohali. The internship opportunities are very limited in college , as the time for internship is after 6th sem and then the placement starts at 7th sems So the time gap between both the event is less. So college focus more on direct placement rather than internship opportunities.
Placement Experience :
The placement session start at the starting of 7th semester. Eligibility for placement is that there should be no pending backlog available for a student. Many companies visited the campus from starting of 7th sem till ending of 8th semester Highest package- 9lpa Lowest package - 2.5lpa Average package - 3lpa
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fees is around 90000 per annum and was same throughout the course. The fees for my juniors increased by 10-15% . There are many types of scholarship available for students provided by central and state governments. There is a special TFW quota in which the total fees for a year is around 30000 Rs only.
Campus Life :
There are more than 50 clubs in college , which arranged many types of cultural and technical events throughout the year. The main cultural fest ENCHANTE occurs in the month of March. The technical fest Technovanza occurs in the month of November December. College have NSS and NCC cadets, have specialized teams for cricket , badminton , handball that plays at college and at higher levels.
Hostel Facilities :
There are two types of rooms AC And Non AC Room. Both the rooms have single seater double and triple seater option available. The facilities in both rooms are same included one bed for each individual , one table , one chair for each , separate almirah for each individual. Food in hostel is provided through the hostel mess facility. The charges for mess is 2500/month and it is compulsory for 10 month. Mess provide three times food in a day. There is a special dinner every fifteen day

Placement Experience :
The Career Development Centre (CDC) plays an important role in preparing students for internships and future placements. The CDC conducts career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, resume-building activities, aptitude training, and interview preparation programs to improve students' employability. One initiative that I personally found beneficial was the Internship Fair organized by the university. It provided students with an opportunity to interact with different organizations and apply for summer internships, helping us gain practical industry exposure before entering the final placement season. All the Management persons and all Faculties and Heads and Working persons , even the Housekeeping and our Seniors all are very cooperative and helping and have a humble and polite nature. And I really appreciate them all and very thankful to all of them.

Placement Experience :
KRMU provides placement assistance through its Training and placement cell, which conducts aptitude training, mock interview, resume building sessions and skill development session to improve students employability. Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.
A Growing University with Good Facilities and Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development

Placement Experience :
Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.

Curriculum was very much reasonable and it was very much easy to understand it also had division of management studies and computer studies which made it very much easier for me to understand the faculty was amazing and very helpful

There is no certain eligibility criteria depends on the company and Many company comes all every year. Layi Blinkit, Zomato et cetera et cetera Also, there are separate departments for placement like CDC department

Currently i am perusing my PhD so not applicable for me and the placements i have seen is very impression companies are good like tcs, bain, lumenci, proedge and average package offered is 12 lpa. so i hope to get a good chance for myself and get a very good placement looking forward for the beat chance
