Likes
- The campus is located in a very prime location and very close to the airport and the infrastructure is very nice
- The patient flow of the hospital is very good and therefore increases learning during internship
Dislikes
- The food here is not upto the mark and no extra curricular activities
- The academics are sometimes good and sometimes not
Remarks :
The entire admission procedure is based on neet scores and even if you have very low marks you can get admission in this college. This is a very old college and a established college and the patient flow at the hospital is also very good thats why i choose this college among other colleges
Course Curriculum Overview :
All the faculties are really qualified and in my opinion this college has one of the best faculties among all the other colleges in chennai. Four internal assesment exams are conducted in one year and one university exam is conducted in which passing is necessary to go to next year
Internships Opportunities :
There is no internship opportunities as such after doing mbbs its just that to complete the course you need to do a internship from the college itself and after the course the college doesnt play any role in placement
Placement Experience :
If you complete mbbs from any medical college in india you will not get a license unless you do a one year internship from the hospital of the same college you did your mbbs from but on average after plain mbbs the salary will range from 40k to 60k
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college charges the fees for 4.5 years and per year fee when i took the admission was 25.5 lakhs and since this year the fee has been increased to 27 lakhs per year there is no scholarship provided of any kind as this is a deemed college and above this fee structure hostel fees will be applicable if you opt for hostel
Campus Life :
There is only one fest conducted in the entire year and the month is not decided it can be conducted at any time of the year all the books of all the authors are available in the library and the library is air conditioned and a has a very huge seating capacity this college lacks extracurricular activities but conferences are conducted by all the departments on regular basis
Hostel Facilities :
There is non ac and ac hostel the ac hostel is started just this year and the fees for ac hostel is 2.5lakhs and feed for non ac hostel is 75000 if you want to opt for hostel it can be done during the admission process the food quality is very average and the menu is focused on south indian cusine

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
