Dissatisfied because of no regular classes

- Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good, and teachers were quite supportive
- Really good at extracurricular activities , students can join NCC and NSS .
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not good. No regular classes. Student groups fights with each other. Gun firing incidents usually takes place inside the campus. Student Elections are worst part of the college in which mostly incidents take place.
- No identity card checking. Anyone from outside can roam inside the college campus.
Remarks :
To gain knowledge about commerce and law as it includes commerce as well as law subjects, which results in making a good career in law. No i did not face any group discussions, interviews or written tests for admission . Admissions are held on the basis of first cum first serve basis depending upon the seats. An applicant should passed their 10 +2 examination with an aggregate of 55 %.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I want to make my career in the legal field as from the starting i find this field quite powerful and attractive . Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good, and teachers were quite supportive. If we talk about the semester exams, they are not difficult. The exams were held every semester. Students having basic knowledge of commerce and law can pass the examination. There is about 90% to 95% passing percentage.
Internships Opportunities :
I have independently applied for the internship programs in differnt law firms in delhi. I have joined Barahami legal services where i conducted legal research on a wide range of legal domains including Code of civil procedure, trademark act and designs act, case study on ex parte ad-interim injunction, u/o 7 rule 10, u/o 7 rule 11, trademark and designs infringement related cases and Prepared counter statement, opposition , evidences u/r 45 and 46 and, other trademark related flings and document preparation, replication, application u/o 1 rule 10(2) prepared written submission, declaration suit for changing of name in cbse marksheet. I was engaged in legal research and IP public search in support of trademark prosecution, assisted in filing of cases & document preparation, actively participated in court proceedings.
Placement Experience :
No campus placement is offered in b.com ll.b course. My plans after graduating from meerut college is to gain experience in civil , commercial and intellectual property law by joining a law firm and after gaining years of practical training and experience i will start my own practice as an advocate.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition fees - 30000 per year Examination form fees - 2000 per semester There are 10 semesters in a b.com ll.b program. Fees are same for all the categories but there are scholarships or financial aid for the students whose parents annual income is less.
Campus Life :
College fests like srijan and other competitions were held in tbe month of february every year. Library facilities are available. Students can issue books from the library for 2 months or before the semester exams. The infrastructure of classrooms is average, just like government colleges. There are no hostel facilities. Students can get rented rooms nearby to the college. No mess. No canteen. Students can participate in different sports and games competitions. Cultural activities and competitions like debate, essay writing, poster making, singing, and theatre were held during the curriculum. Also students can join the union and also student can contest or participate in elections.
Hostel Facilities :
No i have not opted for hostel as there are bo hostel facilites available inside the college campus. Students from the outer state can accomodate in pg rooms which are available near to the college campus area. Thera are several pg rooms available near PL sharma road and begum pul road.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
