- About our faculties We are feeling very free to communicate with our faculties .They are more friendly and supportive in all our success
Dislikes
- About faculties...There are few who points some personal issues with the students and reduce their internal Marks or assignments marks etc...
- The classroom are having more broken and rust benches
Remarks :
There is no any entrance exams...If ur having enough cutoff for the course u had Choose u can avail through counselling orelse by management you need to pay donation etc...etc...To be frank the management quota can be avail only to the one who is having enough more money...
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose AIML as I was interested in AI..Then the faculties are enough knowledged u need to run back of them to gain knowledge it's not only here in any clg we need try to get knowledge from them..The sem was between 6months the odd sem has quite longer period of time whereas a even sem can have only a few Time period the exam will be quite easy if we prepare through the concept wise..
Internships Opportunities :
There is an internship opportunity even for the second yr students...In pov of our felt we need to have a ability to Write code in any one programming language and need a good communication skills..In The field of computer we need to learn anyone programming language.
Placement Experience :
There is an highly avail of placements but we need to grab the opportunities some of the dept staffs are highly encouraging their students to get more salary package the min salary package is 3L/yr and maximum I couldn't predict because a cse senior had got placed 47L/yr so that js upto our talent
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
If u are in management quota it costs around 1.6lakhs/yr and government quota 92k/yr and if ur having 12th marks cutoff above 90% the total fees will be free and sports quota can have a free quota and 7.5 students can avail a free of cost education.U can also avail a scholarship like minority,sc and st...Thn the person who scored above 80% can also avail an amount of 11k.
Campus Life :
There are many events can happen..There is a library which has all the books what we need and the students of hicet can easily avail the library books to their home or hostel through their id.. The classroom of 1st yr will be good but the 2nd etc...etc...yrs classrooms are having a rust and broken desks and bench There is an active social media id are there...and the clubs like ncc,nss,rotaract are hyperly active in hicet and the students can check all their attendance,cls notes,marks evrything through their ecampus id
Hostel Facilities :
As i'm a hosteller it was high paying fees but we are kot enough having the good food the food was too bad.They provide a different menus but not providing a good food which is not worth for paying that much of fees..Thn rooms can okayish that's upto our cleanliness

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
