Life in UV PATEL COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING
Remarks :
The only factor to choose this course is I would say that the infrastructure is pretty good and overall well maintained. The admission procedure is straight forward and direct. You could apply from a state quota or else you can apply directly in the vacant quota. No interviews or written tests are there. Marks of schooling and JEE are considered.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is I would say pretty old and outdated. Latest technologies are not well included in the overall curriculum. Faculties are somewhat qualified. The dean and HODs of the college are well qualified and from prestigious institutions. Where as assistant professors have average degrees and overall good knowledge about the domain.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total academic fees is 1,18,000? for a full year. Hostel fees are not included in this. Various scholarships are offered by state government and central government. Fee wavier schemes are also available for ST/SC students.
Campus Life :
Campus life is overall good I will say. There is very good infrastructure and facilities for the students. One honest thing I would say is rather than giving good education, The college overall provides good social and fun facilities to students. A dedicated sports complex is given in which gym, indoor games and swimming pool is also provided. Different groups and clubs like coders club, joy club, cultural club is also there.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is average. Decent rooms are there. The hostel fees is cheap I would say. Both AC and NON AC rooms are present. Availability of rooms is I would say is a major concern aa most of the hostels are packed.

They are good after m pharma around 90% but after b pharma not much because students opt to go for further education overall it’s is good and students a can rely on placement after completion of their course

Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.

No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.

All the faculties in the teaching staff are well qualified and give really good guidance for the curriculum and practical knowledge for each and every subject. The faculties also encourage participation in various extra curricular activities to enhance social networking and other skills.

Curriculum is well structured. The faculty members are also very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we need guidance they are always ready to help and exams are taken may times in one sem like we have mid sem 1 and 2 and internal practical and external practical and final end semester exam.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I have selected this course because of placement opportunity. Faculties members are highly qualified and they usually teach using PPT, white board, computer, etc . There is one mid term exam and one gtu exam per semester.
