- Personally I like each and everything in my college including the infrastructure, well knowledged faculties, their approach towards students and campus life is amazing and if you're a hosteller then it's really an unforgettable experience of your life. Library is a 3 storey air conditioned building which has seperate rooms for silent reading, tamil reading, digital connect and we can get free Anna-wifi inside the campus.
Dislikes
- To be honest,Nothing to dislike. You have to do self study and there will be no one to push you to do things. You have to do everything on your own. You can have use of every opportunities. The only thing is your interest and that's up to "You" only.
Remarks :
Academic wise, this is the top universities in the world and every year the standards are going really high. No entrance exams to avail seat here. You have to apply in TNEA with your pcm cutoff. To be on the safe side you must have cutoff above 190.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The syllabus and curriculum was really wonderful as they are refining the regulations frequently and there is a good alumni connection too which help us to be placed in better position in top companies after college.
Internships Opportunities :
We can do internship within our college by joining the projects of M.E and Phd students. Moreover I included myself in tapeout projects in the Ceg fabless initiative and there are so many opportunities available in the college.
Placement Experience :
Placement and it's package are handful and top companies will hire here (eg: Google, microsoft etc..). There is industry collaboration center and placement cell inside the college itself and each department having its own association and society will also help in placement by establishing alumni connect.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
If you're a hosteller you have to pay 40,000 per semester and for the tution fee it's just 20 to 25k per semester. You can avail scholarship if you're an sc or st quota student and there is consession for you if you are a first graduate student. Overall it's a boon to study in this college.
Campus Life :
Life at Ceg is blissful. There are numerous student running clubs which enhances our extra curricular activities and the seniors we meet there are not just seniors we will become family there that much vibrant and kind they are. No raaging at all. When it comes to culturals no one is there to beat out college.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is better when compared to other government Colleges in Tamilnadu. Registeration for hostel will be done during the time of admission and everything will be informed by the management at proper time.

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
