Likes
- The library has a place that offers single room for private studies.
- The gym ofcourse. After a stressful day in the class and the posting the gym will be the stress relieve place.
Dislikes
- The playground should be more well leveled. When we play football and other sports because of the unleveled ground it's very hard the run and do other stuff and it's not clean too.
- The canteen is a bit small and much priced but taste wise it's good ..hehe..
Remarks :
The college that I am enrolled into is a state government funded college and is the 2nd most reputed college in the state of Manipur. Overall talking about the infrastructure and the environment here it is not bad and also the campus is quite big enough. The pateint inflow is also very stable. To get in this college we are required to take the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET). We are required to score a good marks in this competitive exam. This time the cut-off for the BDS course for ST category was 410 marks. To get enrolled we have to take part in the counselling session that will take place after the results of the neet exam is out, and then after that a merit list will be published according to which we will be getting admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I wanted to become a dentist from my childhood days. But as we grow older even me I did wanted to get MBBS as everyone does so i prepared but as time went but i realised what my dreams were and eventually i chose this course. The qualification of the teachers here in my college is very respectable they are all MDS in their respective departments and all are good in their teaching method. Since the college is affiliated with the Manipur university the exams are timely conducted and it is very moderate.
Internships Opportunities :
The intership program as i stated before it will be of one month course and will be within the institute. The internship will be posted in different departments within a span of one year and during that time we will be paid 15k-20k a month. The task given are small but since it's a doctor's job the task are to take patients record and sometimes treat them with the mild problems.
Placement Experience :
After completing the course we will be posted for intership for a duration of 1 year and they pay 15k a month. After the graduation it is up to the students weather they will take the PG exam or not. For me I'll be taking the PG exam.

Campus Life :
The campus life that I am exposed to is very fun and competitive. Everybody is trying their hardest to become the bestest in their own ways and all of them are very reassuring. The fest that are held here is not much but we have some like the JNIMS fest. For the sports there are quite many????. Like we have college week , inter batch sports competition etc. and all of them are very fun and exhilarating. For the social group we have an association called JNIMS student association which is known as JSA.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I am a hosteler and the food they provide here is very good enough to go for the day????. They provide chicken, fish and egg curry for the dinner evey alternate day. For the breakfast they give halwa, chowmin, bread and peanut butter etc and on Sundays they give puri alfor breakfast.

I opted for Masters in Botany as I wanted to study the biodiversity of plants in Manipur in areas where there are of little records. Additional advantage as Manipur University is in Manipur itself where i want to do my research on.

Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement is you have to be pass in all semester and all subjects. NSU has placement portal on their website and they have whatsapp groups in which they continue posting relevent new jobs accros globe. After my deggre i got job in Education department (Sports branch ) , govt of NcT Delhi as assistant coach.

Course Curriculum Overview :
Yes, DMU give so many Faculties like swimming pool, library, sport park, atm, fastfood,etc. And inside the college, you'll fell like staying with nature. I mean there are so many side garden. It make more peaceful for the aspirants students. And for my Course, there'll be two practical room with AC and many more facilities.
First year Experience at IIIT Senapati, Manipur
Placement Experience :
Talking about internships this year students has gone to IIT Madras, ISRO for internships and transfer or course exchange. Placement is fine for a establishing IIIT and considering the location, still Delloitte, Nvidia, etc companies come for interviews and median package is in between 15 to 20 lakhs.

For now, to get intership students have to pass there final year University exam . But for our batch NEXT exam will be there and we have to crack it for getting our internship. Percentage of internship is good .
RIMS IMPHAL
Placement Experience :
We get placement in our own college. After completing internship we get junior residency in our college. It can be of 6 months or a year it depends on what you choose. After that you may give pg entrance and enter. After post graduation there is mandatory senior residency.
It is overall good.

There is many placement provided by the university. In 2year we are eligible for placement. It is around 5lack per year. At the 85 percent we are getting placement. My plan after b. Tech is to work in bollywood.
I like my college very much. It is very coordinate with us.

I chose this course because i like to study science . There are so many students . Teaching method are very good to student. They have done online class also. There are 6 semesters. In 1 year , there are 2 semesters exam . It is not difficult to pass the exam if we study very hard.
