- I like the greenery of the clg and the silent environment which it provides which helps me with my studies and the faculty are great helps me with my profile building and the campus life is amazing cause of all the fest and other extra and cocurricular activities which helps in network building.
- Infrastructure is great as every class have ac and smart boards and projectors to help students understand the tear properly and clearly. Professor uses the equipments for better understanding.
- Also I really like how exam system works here we have to give exam on pexa which is tablets having pens. Whole concept of exam turns which leads to saving of paper and moving towards technology.
Dislikes
- I don't like how they don't include swimming as sports because I am very interested in swimming and I would like to have some career in swimming sport but they have been very supportive and will soon install the swimming pool as sport
Remarks :
In Charusat university I am specifically in PD Patel Institute of Applied Sciences in which there is no exam based admission as we can directly enter with some specific gujcet percentile, so there were no written tests or any interview we have to give! As for the admission in phd or masters degree one have to go through some sort of exams and attain some marks which will lead you to have a seat in our college. As for the admission processes one has to bring the 10th and 12th class board result and gujcet result involving the leaving certificate of following school the student was in also one has to pay some amount of fees after the admission for the confirmation!!
Course Curriculum Overview :
As why did I chose this course is because I was very fascinated with how the microorganisms work! When I was in first year we had to learn all 3 subjects that is biotech, biochem and microbiology which was very helpfull, I got to know which subjects include which topics tht helped me to clear my vision of which subject interests me more and instart on 2nd yr we had to choose the exact subject which I want to start my career in which is microbiology. As for the qualification of the faculties all the professors have done phd's in their subjects which is highest qualification in our field and all professors are very professional in their teaching method and friendly. As for the exams time we had 3 exams in total which is internal 1, 2 and main external exams including a internal lab and external lab exam but as per new education policy we have 2 written exams midterm and external. In 6 months we have mid term after 2 months and at last external and lab exams in between difficulty differs.
Internships Opportunities :
No but I will as our clg provides internship which is GSBTM that is government funded and one has to go through the interview and exam to pass, if someone doesn't get the internship our clg recommends the best labs and companies and also conducts summer internship program in the clg as lab assistant.
Placement Experience :
Placements opportunity is very good as high pharmaceutical companies like zydus and alembic and pathology lab people come for the interview and selects students from the clgs. The highest paying job offered is 25lpa to the engineers and 12lpa as avg.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
We have to pay the clg fees semester wise which I have been paying 35000rs per sem and 70000rs per yr including everything, incase of new admission the admission fees is of 5000rs and the exam fees which you have to pay every sem is 2000rs so including the sem tuition fees and exam fees we have to pay 37000rs per semester. And I am doing the Bachelors in science microbiology degree so there is no categorie difference every one has to pay the same amount of fees but there are some government scholarships like MYSY and other scholarships that you may have recently can be operated and deduction in fees is there for SC and ST caste which you have to provide some valid certificates. Incase of scholarships to get, one has to top the class and attain some maximum cgpa then you can get the scholarship of yearly fees deduction. If you got some good grades then our clg also provides with some fellowship to students where they have to work nd can get paid for the work they have done!!
Campus Life :
Life at campus is beautiful as we have greenery everywhere and there is no noise pollution to affect us while studying. As for the fests we have different fests like science manthan, cognizens and other small fests and the annual biggest fest of our clg is Spoural which comes in month of January where for whole month all the students get indulged in this and enjoys. Here sports and extracurricular activities like cultural fest and competitions take place between different clgs of the university and award and recognition takes place. For sports there is a sports complex in which table tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball, cricket, kabbadi and chess grounds and areas are there. As for the availability of books and journals for referring we have specific library in the clg for the books and a different big library in the university where all types of books are there for use. Amenities including computer labs and ac classrooms For clubs there in Aiesec @eb.vvn(insta), rotract and NSS
Hostel Facilities :
Food quality is great and the menu includes 3 sabji roti and Dal rice plus chash and salad for lunch and for dinner the menu differs. For the registration one has to provide specific living certificate, adhar card and 15000rs pr sem and for ac it is 18000rs and 19200rs for mess fees and it is pretty affordable for such good quality food.

Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.

No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.
