- Mess food is good. Night canteen is cheap. Hostels are also good.
- Each department has its own dedicated laboratory.
Dislikes
- College is located in village area . No nearby market.
- Tech placements are not good. Less companies came last year.
Remarks :
I choose this college as I was getting lower branch in nits . In our college admission is taken through jee advanced and if seats remain vacant admission is given through jee mains. There are rounds of counselling in which students are given branch based on their choice filling and jee rank.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Our curriculum is same like IIT Kanpur. All the professors are highly qualified . There two exams in one semester-mid sem , end sem . These exams are moderate and most of the students pass in these exams.
Placement Experience :
Placement in chemical and petroleum branch is good. Highest package goes about 25 lpa and average goes about 8 lpa. Since tech branches started few years ago, tech placements are not good. Only 30 % students got on campus placed in 1st batch of CSE.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise fee is 300000 for btech student . Sc,st and pwd are given a scholarship of 50000 every year. Merit cum scholarship of 50000 every year is given. Other scholarships are NSP, UP scholarship are also given.
Campus Life :
There are 3 fest in our college. Tech fest in November, Sports fest- Enegia in February and Cultural fest-kaltang in our college. Most of the books related to our course are available in library. Sports club, cultural club and many other things are run by students.
Hostel Facilities :
Mess food is good. Menu changes every few months. Each student is given a hostel room by doing registration in hostel office. In each room 2 students live. There is only one hotel near college . college also has its own guest hostel.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
