Remarks :
KNIT sultanpur is 2nd best college of aktu. The campus of college is around 100 acre. Admission is taken through aktu counselling based on jee mains rank. You will see greenery all over the campus .
Course Curriculum Overview :
KNIT sultanpur is one of the best college of aktu. The faculty of this college is supportive. Most of the faculties present here are top qualified and p.hd holders. As this college is autonomous , so examinations timing is nog same as aktu.
Placement Experience :
The top recruiting companies here are TCS, Wipro, Adobe, Infosys, HCL, Idea, Snapdeal and Tech Mahindra. Speaking about placements in my college, only CSE and IT students get placed here through off-campus or on-campus.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The admission fees is 20 k for general and obc category students while it is 6k for sc and st category students. The annual fees of course is around 54k including the hostel fees which is 10k per year. The mess fees is excluded from course fees and it is 20k per 6 months . The overall fees per year is around 1.25 lakh.
Campus Life :
You will see greenery all over the campus. The fest 'Antragini' takes place .Our college also host national fest like Tvaran and anubhuti. Sports facilities present here is overall good. Books are available in library.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is compulsory for first year students. The quality of mess food is good. Hostel fees is included in course fees . And you have to pay 20k per 6 months of mess food. Menu of food changes everyday but is same per week.

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
