- Infrastructure is really good and it makes it feel like you are in a good place.
- Campus life is good with good students around and lots of activites by the college.
Dislikes
- Campus size is just more than 18 acres. This is very small, the crowd is around 8k students so this campus gets crowded.
- Locality is very bad. The college is 13 km away from the main city. You cannot enjoy the locality.
Remarks :
My jee percentile was 91.4 and this college was providing cse ai branch on this percentile. Decent placements of this college attracted me. Admissions to this college was via jee mains and through aktu counselling. You would need more than 90 for cs branch if outside up and more than 85 for homestate general student
Course Curriculum Overview :
After being autonomous the course curriculum has been updated and have been made output based learning. This is really good but the faculties still lack to cope with the new syllabus. The syllabus is inspired from top colleges like nit and iit. This would help us to gain knowledge in a better way.
Internships Opportunities :
There are many companies like Amazon Microsoft and many more which provide internships to the college students. Basically the students get these internships on their own. The college helps them to guide through these learning to achieve the internships by providing better understanding of the internship. The college has its own crpc cell for internships and placements.
Placement Experience :
Placements had been in a decline due to recession but are expected to boom soon. The new college curriculum is now focusing more towards internship and placement training courses than just theory. Mainly the students go for off campus. This year the highest placement was 60 lpa by 3 students. All of them were off campus.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tution fees is 140000 Hostel fees is 107000 These include all the other fees like laundary fees, lib fees, book bank fees, technical fees etc. The overall fees per year is two lakhs and forty seven thousands. The pg fees is around 87k if you live outside depending on the pg some costs 120000 per year too. Fees for 4 years is 9.86 lakhs.
Campus Life :
Campus Life is good with good infrastructure and abundant resources. The campus size a bit small. The social interaction between the seniors and juniors is very less. There are about 120 clubs. The clubs are interesting to join and are amongst the only ways to make connections with the super seniors. Lots of activities takes place every month.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel message is really good with a veg menu including eggs. The food quality is comparatively good with other colleges. The hostel is provided during the admission. The hostel message is clean but the number of students is too much and many students could not get the hostel because of limited seats. It was based on first come first serve basis.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
