- I like the hospital infrastructure a lot,it is quite big.
- The faculty members are very skilled and helpful.
Dislikes
- I dislike the lab facilities.The labs are not well managed.
- I dislike the canteen food that is quite oily.
Remarks :
My college is one of the sophisticated government ayurvedic medical college of my state ,it has a great hospital with a lot of patient flow so this made me chose this college. The admission is done by the ranking of NEET exam and the cut off for general category was around 476 in 2023 but it increases every year. I prepared for NEET exam through online coaching from Physics wallah.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have a great interest in ayurveda so I chose BAMS. The faculty members are BAMS,MD and PhD qualified and all are very skilled in their subjects. The term exams are taken twice an year and final University exams are taken after 1.5 years and difficulty level is above average.
Internships Opportunities :
The college itself provides internship in its own hospital that is obviously a government hospital and stipend is 10000 per month for the internes. Many projects like Blood camps,ENT checkups,etc done by the management with internes every year.
Placement Experience :
The college provides one year internship in final year in the college hospital and provides stipend of 10000 per month. There is no placement facilities but the pass outs are enough skilled to get a good job in any private hospital. Average package of pass outs is around 600000 per annum. My plan is to start my own hospital after getting the degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees is 67500 per year which includes 37500 tuition fees and 30000 management charges. My batchmates who belong to backward classes get scholarship worth 80000 per year through the governmental schemes. Like my batchmate Garima belongs to SC category so she gets 80000 per year as scholarship.
Campus Life :
There are a lot of fests like Alumni meet ,Youth fest, Sports events,etc are conducted every year in months of February, August and July respectively. The curriculum books are available in the library and journals and research papers are also available. Sports like Football, Table tennis, Cricket,etc are popular in the campus and dance competitions are also organised every year. My classmate runs a YouTube channel Ayurvedic lifestyle on which she uploads college related videos.
Hostel Facilities :
Food quality is average. The menu includes milk and Paratha in breakfast; Chapatti,rice,rayta,sbji,dal and salad in lunch ; Chapati,sbji, dal and salad in dinner. The hostel registration is quite easy,just fill a form given by the warden ,pay the fee and hand it over to the warden. The hostel fees is 11000 room rent per year and 2700 mess fee monthly.

The Career Development Centre (CDC) plays an important role in preparing students for internships and future placements. The CDC conducts career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, resume-building activities, aptitude training, and interview preparation programs to improve students' employability. KRMU provides placement assistance through its Training and placement cell, which conducts aptitude training, mock interview, resume building sessions and skill development session to improve students employability. Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.
A Growing University with Good Facilities and Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development

Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.

Curriculum was very much reasonable and it was very much easy to understand it also had division of management studies and computer studies which made it very much easier for me to understand the faculty was amazing and very helpful

There is no certain eligibility criteria depends on the company and Many company comes all every year. Layi Blinkit, Zomato et cetera et cetera Also, there are separate departments for placement like CDC department

Currently i am perusing my PhD so not applicable for me and the placements i have seen is very impression companies are good like tcs, bain, lumenci, proedge and average package offered is 12 lpa. so i hope to get a good chance for myself and get a very good placement looking forward for the beat chance
