National Post Graduate College, Lucknow, is a prestigious college of University of Lucknow, having an autonomous status, the college has been accredited NAAC grade A+ by accreditation council, the college has vast alumni network. The college is own for its strict discipline campus, the college has dress code for the students, various events and seminars are being organised in the campus, the college is equipped all the basic and modern facilities, such as digital Library, conference hall, auditorium, smart and spacious classrooms, play ground, computer and science labs. The college offers admission in various courses such as Arts, Science , Commerce, diploma and certificate courses are also offered by the college. The college has high skilled and experienced faculty. One the best part of this college is that it offer intenship and placements opportunities, companies like, wipro, HCL, TCS, Capegemini etc. visit s campus for placement drive.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum offered by the college is one of the best curriculum, practical and study tours are also being organised by the college. The faculty is equipped with highly qualified and experienced teachers. The exams and assessment are conducting on time as per the academic calendar and results are also published on time.
Internships Opportunities :
No, I didn't opted for any internship opportunity in the college, but some of my friends did, the did some online internships organised by the college and got to learn various things and we're also given intenship certificate.
Placement Experience :
The college organises pre placement drive every year, the students have got good placements in the companies like wipro, HCL , TCS, Capegemini etc. The highest package was of Rs. 8 Lakhs per annum and lowest was around 2. 6 lakhs per annum.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I pursued my graduation in Bachelor of Arts (BA) from National PG College, Lucknow. It is an autonomous college of University Of Lucknow, having its own curriculum , syllabus, academic calendar and its own exam pattern. To get into this college you have to qualify the the entrance test organized by the college. For my course, that is B.A., I paid around Rs. 6000 per semester and yearly it was around Rs. 12000. The college also its own scheme for meritorious students for scholarship apart from govt. Scholarship. Hence, if you get admission on Regular seats, then you have to pay a very nominal fee, and if you get admission on self finance seat, you have to pay little more.
Campus Life :
The college campus has its own cafeteria, offering tasty and hygienic meals in affordable price. The college is located in Hazrat ganj area, surrounded by various important Government bungalow and offices, sahara ganj mall is less than 1km from college, various movie theatre and restaurants are just nearby the college. The KD Singh Babu stadium is just infront of the college. The nearest metro station is KD Singh Babu metro station which is 1 km away from the college, hence the college is well connected through various public transport facilities and one can easily reach here. The college has its sports team, various competitions and events are being organised by the college. The college also has NCC and NSS scheme for students. The library is well equipped with all the latest books and journals. The college has hostel facilities both for girls and boys.
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted for hostel, but by batchmates living in hostel told me that the hostel has all the basic facilities such good and healthy food, good rooms, gym facilities, the hostel is at walk distancing from the college. Both AC and Non AC rooms are available in the hostel. For AC Rooms you have to pay around 45000/yr and for non AC rooms around 35000/yr

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
