Remarks :
At my time there used to be a written test but I believe they have now statted taking admissions on the basis of CUET. My reason for choosing this university was that I wanted a university with good infrastructure, academically good & also brings placement opportunities in my hometown.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I had a commerce background & wanted to explore the commercial & business domain so I went for B.Com Hons. Majority of the professors are already a PhD holder or are pursuing their PhD & are alma mater of reputed colleges, some of being from AU or BHU. There are in total 4 exams in one semester : Mid Sem 1 after a month & half of commencement of classes, Mid Sem 2 after a month of first exam, Make-up exam only for those students who due to genuine reasons couldn't attend any one of the earlier exams & at the end of the semester there is an End term exam of 100 marks & 3 hours. Mid semester exams are of 30 marks each. Apart from exams 20 marks are comprised of your attendance & assignments.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
At the time of the admission, the student is supposed to fill a registration form which costed me around 500/- at my time. I had to pay entire one semester fee & as I was a day scholar I opted for transportation facility,i.e., college bus, altogether. Semester wise fee is 23,500 & the the bus charges were increased every year. When I joined the university, the bus charges were 18,000/- but by the 3rd year it hiked up to 22k or 23k. In case of late fee, 200/- or 500/- of fine starts being levied with an interval of 2 or 4 days. I believe the total academic fees is revised every year for new students. Students can avail the benefit of government scholarships but you must have to keep yourself updated because the accounts department doesn't float any notice regarding it & if they do so it's ver late by then. At the time of admission they also proud merit scholarships, you can get upto 10,000 relief in your total fee depending upong your 12th marks.
Campus Life :
Timely academic events are being organised by different clubs like marketing, entrepreneurship or finance clubs of the university. To facilitate sports, dedicated area for sports has been built. Yearly cultural events & fests are being encouraged now for student refreshment.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
