- Opportunities to grow are provided it is the students job to grab and use them
- Many courses have made it compulsory to write certification exams and the criteria for placement has become more hard to maintain which pushes students to do beter
Dislikes
- A few faculty are very lazy and not supportive
- The girls washroom are sometimes unhygienic and old
Remarks :
The good aspect of the college is they push you to have a lot of project work and certifications and the bad aspect is the amount of fees and the structure which is very hectic For admission we had to write srmjee and atleast has a score above 10k for admission in college they do offer multiple scholarships for students who have better marks in srmjee and later have an exceptional cgpa For the exams we only have to learn 11th and 12th portions with some additional aptitude questions. It's majorly tested with math ,chemistry physics only
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course and curriculum are up to date with many ways to score for students but due to relative grading it's much harder in final exams I chose Cs with ai as it has scope in the field Some of the teachers are very good and help students and some just come for the sake of teaching and some have language barrier with students . Term exams usually occur on may for summer semester and December for winter semester with atleast a 20 days break between each semester
Internships Opportunities :
Yes bosch and skill tech as software developers for 2 -6 months each paying 30k with knowledge on machine learning , automation, full stack development and cloud computing . So it's always required to go beyond when doing your internships
Placement Experience :
Eligibility is atleast 8 cgpa and above for placement with no backlogs or detain lists. Few recruiters are Tata, amazon, corizo, bosch, and more Min package is 3 to 4lpa and highest goes to over 2cr package Almost 75 percent gets placed and I am also sitting for placements
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
All fees is 4 lakhs per year except for additional book cost , exam fees and any other additional facilities like certification exams , workshops and fests and if you are a day scholar the bus fees is over 70 k
Campus Life :
We have Milan and aarush which is cultural fest and tech fest each occurring on March and October. We have access to a lot of books for all type of subjects and preparations and even if it's not available in our 3 story huge library We have access to them on e library . Sports, clubs , eca and websites are exceptional and always very active . Srm encourages sports with scholarships and all others are after class that is starts at 5 and each club whether it's technical or non technical holds events, atleast one per semester
Hostel Facilities :
I am not in hostel but according to students the more costly the better and hostel mess is not very hygienic and it's not very pocket friendly and good for health. Around srm we Have estancia , Abode, and many independent houses for rent which are way tooo costly for students

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Not bad placement trainings and good faculty members to train for placements . Good companies with good packages come for placement drives who select the best of all and give placements for them. Good placements.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
