A review about The ICFAI University,Tripura - My Experience
Likes
- This college is very good as well as it's campus, infastucture, and college life. There are parks, badminton court, basket ball court, playground, etc.
- This campus facalties are also good, they will provide good activities like - some extra knowledge about communication each others and more things.
Dislikes
- In my opinion, this university give's us very short time to complete our syllabus, thats why we have no time to spend our free time in other activities, this university did not have any advanced practical lab's .
- In my opinion some faculties are very rude , and some of them are not friendly minded. Actually i am not staying in hostel, thats why i dont have any idea about campus life, but in others openion who staying in hostel , their mess food is very poor quality.
Remarks :
I was preparing for NEET(UG) ,I also took coaching for this examination , but i did not crack this examination . after that , i lose intrest in NEET and , then i got intrest in codding and Technology , this is the reason i take admition in ICFAI university in B.Tech(CSE)course.
Course Curriculum Overview :
B.Tech in computer science and Engenering (CSE)is a great choice if you're interested in technology, problem-solving , and innovation. in first year [sem-1 we learn Physics , Mathematics , Basic Electronics , English(Soft skill in English) , Digital febrication , a computer language called (C).][sem-2 we learn Physics , Chemiistry , Mathematics , Digital electronics , Emgenering Mechanics , and a additional E.V.S ] some faculties are very good to explain their subcects ( Tey are IIT Graduated)
Internships Opportunities :
I did not opted any internship in my University , but this University gives us a good opportunity to do internship in NIELIT institute , Agartala in first year, which is a very reportated institute, where they provide us to learn web development, app development, cyber scicurity, cloud computting, database management system and any other activity .
Placement Experience :
I'm in first year and I don't have any idea about the placements offered. The visited recruiters are wipro, infosys etc. The highest package is 10 LPA. The average package is 3-4 LPA. To Work Professionalyin my field.

Campus Life :
The fests are NOVATOS and ICARIA. Novatos is held On September-October. ICARIA is held On February. A Good no. of Books are available in the library. Classrooms are provided with smartboards and good lightibg and fans. All type of sports are and extracurricular activities are promoted on the campus and different sports events are also held on campus.

Course Curriculum Overview :
Course is according to the UGC guidelines and faculties are also very well renowned and qualified they are very helpful and always keep on updating us with newer sports science concepts everyday and they also are very well sports trainer so if anyone wants to learn new and different sports apart from their specialization they can learn the other sports too
GREAT COLLEGE WITH GREAT PLACEMENTS
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for good placement is you have to score more than 7.5 cgpa, the visited recruiters are high, the highest package offered is 15 lpa, and average package is 5 lpa, the percentage of students getting placed in this course is 95%, my plans after getting the degree is to become a judge

The eligibilty for sitting ain placement and internships are different for different organisation. but in brief you can say you must have to have a cgpa of 7.5 and must not have any back logs as many company wont allow students with backlogs. almost 90% of eligible students get placed.
Undiscovered NIT - NIT Agartala
Course Curriculum Overview :
Syllabus is still based on those old curriculum like who studies engineering drawing on paper ,this needs to be improvised . Faculties are quite good especially other state faculties. Fees is quite decent,you also get fee waiver depending on your financial situation.
Must Go through it then apply.
Placement Experience :
Students of 3 rd and final year are allowed to sit in placement and interview round. Highest package be like of cse around 58 lakh Average 12 lakh 80 percentage of student almost get placed . I will move towards tech field after getting my degree.

Placement stats of my college is also very good. It's starts from 4th year. The highest package offer here was 62 lpa last year from cse department. The average package of my college is 12lpa. More tha 85 percent of students are placed every year. Most reputed organization like tata , oracle, phonepay, nokia came in my college for placement.

Placement are quite here the average package of cse is 15.3 and you have to maintain good academic record for placement , around 600 offers were made last year ,also overall placement percent of college in b tech is 77 percent
The ICFAI Review

As for now I am 1st year student and I literally don't have any idea about the placement thing but I asked the seniors about this thing and the answer is very negative, After completing course like B-TECH they hardly get a placement offer of 1.5 to 2 lakh peranm. Think about BCA now
Facts of NIT AGARTALA
Placement Experience :
In this course most of the students opt for higher studies. From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. There are so many companies visiting here like Google , Indian oil , IBM , Tata etc. But they mostly focus Btech Students. I am interested to do Phd after completing this course.

Internship is not so good but the placement here is very much satisfying It is worth joining this college if your are looking for placement even in low range jee main score around 91 to 98 You get to improve yourself with the help of seniors and friends
