- KIET has excellent infrastructure, with modern classrooms, and a well mainatined campus. The library has a good collection of books and journals providing great academic resources.
- The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive , ensuring students get proper guidance in both academics and career growth. Various clubs and events help in skill development and networking .
Dislikes
- The campus size is relatively small , which limits the open spaces for extracurricular activities and events.
- The location outside the college lacks good eateries and essential services like food delivery apps.
Remarks :
Honestly my rank was not enough to get into IIT's or NIT's , which made me decided to look colleges in DELHI NCR region. There are many colleges in this region i compared them all and at the end i took KIET Ghaziabad. I compared them on the basis of placement, curriculum, availability of hostels.
Course Curriculum Overview :
So my course is CSE with AI, I have subjects in 1st year like Intro to AI, Python ,DS. Which prepares me for the upcoming future . There is balanced between the theoritcal concepts and projects based concepts. The faculties are good well educated , most of them are from IIT's and NIT's , they have good knowledge about their respective courses.
Internships Opportunities :
I am currently in my first year , so i have not applied for any interships yet. However, my seniors have had great opportunites with companies like TCS, Infoysys, Accenture ,IBM. They have worked on roles such as software development, data analysis, with offering stipends.
Placement Experience :
It has a strong placement opportunities with a placement rate around 80-90%. The highest package for 2025 is 57 LPA, while the average package is around 7-12 LPA, depending upon the course you selected . Major recruiters includes TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, HCL , Acceture and many more.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure for B-Tech cse is 1 lakh 40 thousand around, which includes fees like tution fees, registration fees and etc beside it we had to pay examination fees around 7-8 K per year to AKTU. Scholarships are provided from AKTU to students belonging to general,ews,obc and etc whose parental income is less than 2 lakh. A special scholarship is provided through KIET to student who do not have their parents. Rankers too get scholarships.
Campus Life :
Campus life of KIET is good , their is good vibe. Their are multiple clubs like Innogeeks, GDG,E-cell, C-cell and much more . Beside these we have the dance club, music club, martial art club. The infrastructure of KIET is well structured, we have smart board in our classes with mic and speakers . For our laptops we have charging sockets in our desk.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes, I have opted for a hostel , i would not hesitate to tell you that the hostel is really good you can talk about its infrastructure , 24/7 electricity provided along with 24/7 water supply , cleaning service. For hostel KIET provides 1st come 1st service. KIET provides single seater, double seater, triple seater along with AC/non AC. Hostel fees ranges from 107000 to 150000 depending upon your choice.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
