- I like about my college is free space environment which i have got and friends i have made
- faculty is also vastly experienced and focus on us to get better result of us
- There are 3 academic blocks for classrooms with good infrastructure
Dislikes
- cleanliness is main problem in hostels..
- Mess food won't be upto the mark and cleaning of hostel is not good
Remarks :
I generally prefer a college life in which there is no case of overcrowded people and yeah this is one of the reason which made me join this Shiv Nadar University in Chennai, also here the seats are limited like 300 seats so which avoids more competition and life in these types of college feels so good without being in the state of being congested. Yeah I faced written tests after writing the tests those who are qualified in tests interview will be conducted for these people after this the interview panel will select based on their performance.. Good about this college is that there are many trees in this college which makes me more happy about this college, also the owner of this college is good as he always spends time in donating money to charity. .upto now this college suits me as i found the factors about this college which i wanted.. before writting this college's exam i mentally backed up myself saying that somehow I have to get into this college..
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course i wanted to try something new as all my friends were saying that AIDS is future so I backed myself to get enrolled into cyber security course.. Here all the highly qualified as each of them are graduated from highly profilic institutions like IITs,NITs etc..The teaching method is overall good or I can say you find it somewhat difficult to grasp but if you listen then yeah you can do it quite efficiently..Term exams were conducted in 5 months from starting of Semester classes and difficulty level of what i felt like was moderate to lengthy question papers
Internships Opportunities :
No i did'nt opt for any internship but in future i will definitely try to do some good internships as it provides us with good job experience before joining into the job and we will be well aware of this experience
Placement Experience :
placements and job opportunities are based on the skills which you develop and the company will search for the people who are professionally skilled and have acquired all those skills which they need for.. If i don't get placement i will try for off the campus placements or go for higher studies after my graduation.. Overall the placement opportunities are good
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Detailed Fee Structure of my 1st year Tuition fee-3,00,000,Hostel Fees-1,46,000(AC Hostel) ..In hostel fees only it's combination of caution fees(20,000).. Admission fees was 20,000 career development fees was 5000..Total fees of my 1st year in B.Tech is 4,91,000. I have not been availed of any scholarships.. Fees is same of everyone in case those who took Non Ac rooms for them fees will vary like 4,12,000.. There is a scholarships for the students who have topped in the entrance exam..
Campus Life :
The life at the campus is good like small small cultural events being happening. There will be a big fest named Instincts which happen in every year March..It's a national level fest,There are around 600 books run by our college library of them mostly are college reference books and some are novels.. Classrooms comprises of 2 AC's and the infrastructure is also very excellent.. Sports day happen every year in our college.. Many sports are there in our college including having specially allocated synthetic courts for badminton and well equipped basketball indoor court,squash court,table tennis court.. Business club is the social group and it is being run by our college students
Hostel Facilities :
Food quality of my hostel is quite average . Registration process is that you have to email the hostel incharge immediately as soon as they give you the details regarding the booking of hostel rooms in e-mail as they get filled immediately. You have to mail to the warden requesting whether you want ac or non ac rooms based on accomodity they will assign the rooms to you

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.
ITS VALUE FOR MONEY
Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
