The college campus is clean and good, also the college is offering Btech at an affordable fees for students who can't afford expensive education. Also I heard a good feedback from the seniors at the admission time, then I visited to the campus and found it okay. Yes the college takes a 30 marks MCQ test for admission. 60% marks will grant you admission ~ 18/30 marks. The college offers direct admission on 12th percentage bases, there is no compilation of Jee score or any other entrance exam.
Echelon institute of technology syllabus is based on YMCA/JCBUST pattern of teaching. I personally don't like the extra subjects like Electronics and chemistry in Computer Science course, but we can't do anything. The teachers are decent, some are good at teaching as well as takes interactive session but some are like school teachers, just walk in the class and read the PDFs, no more to expect from them. The students have to choose the right path by themselves, I would say they can't actually depend upon the teachers to pass in university exam.
No I haven't done any internship yet from the college, however I am planning to do it this year before the beginning of my 4th year. I am in 6th semester of computer science engineering, till now the college hasn't provided any internship opportunity to any student.
The college offers decent placements opportunities, they offers On campus placement, the highest package was 20Lpa last year and the average package is around 4 Lpa, the internships are not really offered by the college, the student have to manage it by own. Overall experience of placement and internships is average as I heard from my senior. The feedback score is like 6/10
The college is charging 88,500Rs per year as acadmic fees and 7,200Rs as university fee, that make a combined fee of 95700Rs. The overall rough estimated fee is 3,82,800Rs(~4 lacks estimated) Also the college provide scholarships and perks on some conditions like 12th/Jee/advance persentage and percentile, Students with SC/SC quota. The college conduct a scholarship exam before admission to offer best discounts and services.
The campus life is not really good at echelon institute of technology, the guards and teachers will force you to attend the classes/ seminars, there is no "FREEDOM" to choose or take your own decisions. Last year the college started imposing fine of Rs100 for each bunk of the day, that's really not fair. The students can't go outside the campus before 4'o clock or enter the campus after 9'o clock, the college is very strict on gate opening and closing timings. If you enter the college after 9 am, the Dean will charge you with Rs500, I can't justify that decision. There's no such rules were discussed at the time of admission, also the seniors were not forced this much, I don't know it's because of the new Dean of academics.
The hostel is okay in terms of infrastructure, and other facilities like freedom, food, allowance The food of mess is not upto mark, but it's okay in terms of hygiene, the water quality is good, the mess owner behaviour is also okay, there's punctuality in food time, it's never happen that food is late. Registation process done along with the admission, the fees is also will be added in the yearly fee of the student. Student can quit the hostel facility whenever he/she wants.
The Career Development Centre (CDC) plays an important role in preparing students for internships and future placements. The CDC conducts career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, resume-building activities, aptitude training, and interview preparation programs to improve students' employability. One initiative that I personally found beneficial was the Internship Fair organized by the university. It provided students with an opportunity to interact with different organizations and apply for summer internships, helping us gain practical industry exposure before entering the final placement season. Such initiatives allow students to build professional experience and develop workplace skills at an early stage.
The employability is very good and placements are also very good trainers and campus placement cell is highly supportive and companies are arrives regularly on every year basis and growth prospects are very good for the students
All the Management persons and all Faculties and Heads and Working persons , even the Housekeeping and our Seniors all are very cooperative and helping and have a humble and polite nature. And I really appreciate them all and very thankful to all of them.
KRMU provides placement assistance through its Training and placement cell, which conducts aptitude training, mock interview, resume building sessions and skill development session to improve students employability. Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.
Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development
Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.
Curriculum was very much reasonable and it was very much easy to understand it also had division of management studies and computer studies which made it very much easier for me to understand the faculty was amazing and very helpful
There is no certain eligibility criteria depends on the company and Many company comes all every year. Layi Blinkit, Zomato et cetera et cetera Also, there are separate departments for placement like CDC department

Nice, faculty of my college is very cooperative and understanding. Helps students with their problems and explain concepts in an interactive and interesting way so that concepts should be understood in an easier way.
