- College Campus environment is very soothing. The beautiful atmosphere around it is very good.
Dislikes
- Hectic course curriculum and exam, assignment pressure is the most disgusting thing but otherwise college is good.
Remarks :
Good aspect is its affordability over other private engineering universities and bad aspects are its course curriculum as it doesn't prepare us for the tech industry we'll be working in the future. First you should meet eligibility criteria of 55% in Class XII, then register for the course and then pay the admission and caution fees.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculties are well qualified and most of them are IIT graduates. Teaching method of some of them are good but others are bad. They conduct the exams time to time in every month and the difficulty level is mostly easy.
Internships Opportunities :
I've opted for Cloud computing internship in NIELIT, Agartala which was a free 2-week winter internship. Here we have done many projects and tasks on cloud computing and the relevant programming languages and technology required for it.
Placement Experience :
A student of final year is eligible for placement. Many companies like wipro, TCS visit our college for recruiting. The Highest package was 10 LPA and average package ranges from 4-5 LPA. 65% of total students gets placement. I'm going to look jobs of my field after degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year-wise fees is 1,10,000 per year and the tuition fees is 1,10,000 per year. The registration fees is 500 and the caution fees is 10,000 and admission fees is 20,000. 8+ SGPA student get 25% scholarship from program fee and 9+ SGPA student get 40% scholarship.
Campus Life :
Novatos conducted in September for fresher's welcome and Icaria conducted in February for all the university students. Library is full of books of many departments and are helpful for the academics. Sports like cricket, football, chess, carrom tournaments are organized in the campus.
Hostel Facilities :
I live in a rented room outside the university campus. The locality is good but the rent prices of rooms are very high. Just nearby of the ICFAI Campus there is Kamalghat Market from where we can buy all the groceries and all the other required items.

Course Curriculum Overview :
Course is according to the UGC guidelines and faculties are also very well renowned and qualified they are very helpful and always keep on updating us with newer sports science concepts everyday and they also are very well sports trainer so if anyone wants to learn new and different sports apart from their specialization they can learn the other sports too

Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for good placement is you have to score more than 7.5 cgpa, the visited recruiters are high, the highest package offered is 15 lpa, and average package is 5 lpa, the percentage of students getting placed in this course is 95%, my plans after getting the degree is to become a judge

The eligibilty for sitting ain placement and internships are different for different organisation. but in brief you can say you must have to have a cgpa of 7.5 and must not have any back logs as many company wont allow students with backlogs. almost 90% of eligible students get placed.
Undiscovered NIT - NIT Agartala
Course Curriculum Overview :
Syllabus is still based on those old curriculum like who studies engineering drawing on paper ,this needs to be improvised . Faculties are quite good especially other state faculties. Fees is quite decent,you also get fee waiver depending on your financial situation.
Must Go through it then apply.
Placement Experience :
Students of 3 rd and final year are allowed to sit in placement and interview round. Highest package be like of cse around 58 lakh Average 12 lakh 80 percentage of student almost get placed . I will move towards tech field after getting my degree.

Placement stats of my college is also very good. It's starts from 4th year. The highest package offer here was 62 lpa last year from cse department. The average package of my college is 12lpa. More tha 85 percent of students are placed every year. Most reputed organization like tata , oracle, phonepay, nokia came in my college for placement.

Placement are quite here the average package of cse is 15.3 and you have to maintain good academic record for placement , around 600 offers were made last year ,also overall placement percent of college in b tech is 77 percent

As for now I am 1st year student and I literally don't have any idea about the placement thing but I asked the seniors about this thing and the answer is very negative, After completing course like B-TECH they hardly get a placement offer of 1.5 to 2 lakh peranm. Think about BCA now

In this course most of the students opt for higher studies. From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. There are so many companies visiting here like Google , Indian oil , IBM , Tata etc. But they mostly focus Btech Students. I am interested to do Phd after completing this course.

Internship is not so good but the placement here is very much satisfying It is worth joining this college if your are looking for placement even in low range jee main score around 91 to 98 You get to improve yourself with the help of seniors and friends
