My College Experience: A Review

- Faculty is too supportive in the academic as well as in co-curricular activities
- too many sports and other activities to participate

- Language Barrier by some of the teacher.
- less opportunities for student to go on for the industrial visits
Remarks :
The good thing about this college is that the faculty here is good in teaching and supportive for other curricular activities like Tech Fest, Hackathons, sports activities etc. One bad aspect of college according to me as i am non-Gujarati is that sometime I have to interact with teacher who only speaks only Gujarati as i only able to understand little bit of Gujarati, and because of this reason i can't able to participate in some of the activities. Despite this drawback in this there are various number of students of non-Gujarati or outside Gujarat Students, which makes this college special. The placement record of this college is pretty good. I got admission in this college via ACPC. I aimed to get IT course in this college but according to my rank (around 12000), i got CSD course which is also as good as IT. I got direct admission through ACPC no Admission fees were required to pay only tuition fees was there.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was fond of computer and Technology since i was in my higher secondary school, and i wanted to pursue an IT or a CSE course The reason i decided to join this college, it was close to my city so that i can travel to home on weekends. The major reason i joined this college was that i got referred about college from my cousin, he is the Alumni of the college. Faculties of my Department are very highly qualified and are specialist in their teaching subjects. There teaching technique is too good and ability to handle the class is also exceptional. The mid exam happens within one and a half month of the commencement of the term. we got sufficient time to prepare for the syllabus. the external papers are also conducted on time in the whole university according to the yearly time table given before starting the new Semester. in external exam we got sufficient time between two exam for preparation. the difficulty level is moderate for me. almost 90% clears the semester without a Backlog.
Placement Experience :
The few recruiters are Infochip, Gateway, Horizontal etc. The highest package this year was around 7.5 lpa according to the seniors and the average salary is about 3.5 lpa. The Percentage of the students getting Placement is about 65 to 75 %. My plan is to grab a on campus placement with any no preference in the package.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tuition fees in this college when i joined in 2023 was about 106000 but it increased in 2024 to 114000 which is for all category. currently i don't have any scholarship but my many friends have some scholarship. My mostly friends have MYSY scholar ship, in which they get benefits on the tuition fee. Actually they get around 60000 from the scholarship per year. There are other more scholarship.
Campus Life :
Our college infrastructure is too vast. we have separate department office for all the Departments. There several social groups in the college which got run by the students only like Social media club, sports club etc. There are many fest which got conducted in the college like previous year in month march 'Spectrum' was there, CVMU Hackathon conducted in February this year, Gyanotsaav conducted at university level this year in February. sports event like APL 3.0 conducted in February this year. Books and journals are available on every college working day for reading and issuing. The Library also consists of a large area for reading.
Hostel Facilities :
I live in college hostel which is just 2 step away from the college. the hostel rent is about 54000 (non ac) with mess food included. You can do register in hostel by filling the form. if the room is available you will be allocated a room according to the availability. Rooms quality is also good. Sometimes water and electricity supply gets interrupted because of the maintenance work. 2-4 Security guards are present 24 x 7 on the gates. The mess food is average, 3 time meal is provided(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). Might be some non Gujarati will not like some of the sweet dishes in the meal. The food is hygienic and fresh.

They are good after m pharma around 90% but after b pharma not much because students opt to go for further education overall it’s is good and students a can rely on placement after completion of their course

Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.

Placement Experience :
No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.

I havent got any job offer or placement from this University because i m a Diploma student but i will definitely try to search by myself for the job opportunities.I would rather handle my home business may be an 9 to 5 Job.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I have selected this course because of placement opportunity. Faculties members are highly qualified and they usually teach using PPT, white board, computer, etc . There is one mid term exam and one gtu exam per semester.
