- Basically the best part of college is through your friends circle and I have enjoyed a lot my college life. Apart from infrastructure, faculty, etc was all good.
Dislikes
- Each student likes or dislikes based on their taste on anything . So in college some students found it difficult for the faculty strictness, else everything was good enough.
Remarks :
I have taken admission through AKTU examination, I have secured good rank that's why I have this college through AKTU counselling. Apart from that Galgotias College have very good image of placements and all at that time as feedback received from my friends from the college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen this branch, ECE because it has scope in both govt sect such as PSUs and private sector also. Apart from that teachers were good enough with there teaching point of view and qualification also. There were 2 mid sem exams organised at college level and one end sem exam at University level per 6 months.
Internships Opportunities :
Technical Content Engineer -Devops at Geeks for Geeks . Basically for projects I have to improve the quality of quality of article and write the articles based on recent updates and requirements . I am getting 20000 stipend during my internship period .
Placement Experience :
The placement opportunities are quite good. Many companies visited college based on departments also such as panasonic for mechanical , Nokia for ECE, Nuclear fir CS/IT students., etc. mainly the eligibilty criteria was 60% through academics without backlogs but some companies have their own criteria based on merit. The best company visited was Autodesk with package offering of 36 lpa and selected 5 students for that. I have got internship in Geeks for Geeks as Technical content engineer-Devops , and I'm planning now to secure a good job in PSUs.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees structure was 109000, and if you are from fee waiver quota you'll get rebate of 100% tution fees, in addition each student have to pay registration fees for aktu examination of amount 7865. In addition each student have to pay registration fees of 20000 and 15000 security money + 1000 admission fees.
Campus Life :
There was very good campus life and plenty of resources for each student to enhance their personality through clubs in college . Their was Rotaract Club which have their recognition at district, state and country level. And of course college clubs such as management, marketing, enthiran, loop, etc through students can enhance their personality . Fest was conducted after each 3 months at college level.
Hostel Facilities :
I have opted for hostel only for first year of my graduation. The food quality was good providing meal for breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner . Sodexo was contractor at that time. And for fees it varies depending on sharing basis such 9000 for 4 seater , 10000 for 3 seater and 11000 for 2 seater per month. Hostel rooms is allocated only for college students only.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.

Many healthcare companies and hospitals visit for placements and internships. After completing B.Sc Nursing, my plan is to work in a good hospital, gain experience and grow in the healthcare field.
