Likes
- Infrastructure of rooms and building is very good. Faculty is very understanding and helpful and very well educated. We have big hall for programs, two canteens one library and one reading room any many sitting areas and a library.
- We have a good amount of greenery in our campus. We have many plants and trees and flowers inside college. We have a girls common room where only girls are allowed. No ragging system is allowed in college. We have good seniors.
Dislikes
- Our infrastructure is very good but campus is not so big comparatively other colleges in hisar. It is small in size.
- College is good but outside road is very conjunsted . It is always jammed by traffic. It is very narrow.
Remarks :
I selected other colleges for study but then i visited them, the infrastructure was good in this college comparatively others. It has a++ grade and it's on 3rd ranking in india. It's grade is given by NAAC Bengaluru team. It doesn't require any exam for admission I was selected by college through physical councelling then i have to appear in person to them, they verified my documents and had a discussion about them and me. They conduct many rounds of councling for full seat allotment. It is a good thing if any vacant seat is available they call the students who applied for seat. My selection was made on my 12th class percentage. The process of admission is very easy if you scored good in 12th class but you can get admission with low marks after attending physical councelling rounds and if seat is vacant after all selections. You'll get extra marks if you done your schooling from village govt school and also if you have a nss or ncc certificate. Faculty members were so good.
Course Curriculum Overview :
chose the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) course because of my strong interest in computer science and technology. Another reason for choosing BCA was the abundant career opportunities it offers. The faculty at DN College Hisar is highly qualified and experienced. Most of the professors hold postgraduate or doctoral degrees in their respective fields. They possess in-depth knowledge of their subjects and have years of teaching experience, which reflects in their teaching methods. Moreover, the faculty also organizes guest lectures, seminars, and workshops where industry experts share their knowledge and experiences. Our first-semester exams were held in January, as per the academic calendar, which reflects the college's commitment to academic discipline. Regarding the difficulty level of the exams, I would say it was moderate. If a student had attended at least 70% of the lectures and actively participated in practical sessions, scoring good marks was quite achievable.
Internships Opportunities :
I'm in first year now that's why I don't applied for any companies but many of our senior do. Many of them are on job already and gave just exams by non attending. They have good jobs like 5L/y packages.
Placement Experience :
No campus placements are available. But you can get job by urself. I'm gonna mail the companies which i want to join after completing my degree of bca. The college is very good they make you capable of job by own if you seriously study. The faculty is very very good in nature and in education.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fee is 26000/year. We can deposit fee in two ways, per year or per semester. This is the only fee that college demands, no extra penny will charged after this fee. It includes all types of fee including practical lab , exam fee except library fee. It contains a medium size Library. For girls of SC category the admission is completely free but they have to fill scholarship form after admission. Other than this no fee will demanded. Scholarships are available also for toppers.
Campus Life :
The campus has several student clubs and societies that organize various events throughout the year. These clubs focus on different aspects such as cultural activities, technical skills, sports, and community services. Participating in these clubs not only enhances our skills but also helps us develop teamwork, leadership. One of the most memorable events was the Youth Festival held in December last year. It was a 5-day-long festival, and the preparations started a month before the event. The festival included various cultural events such as dance, drama, music, and art competitions. The energy and enthusiasm during the fest were remarkable, and it was a great platform for students to showcase their talents. Our college also got the opportunity to represent itself at G.J.U. (Guru Jambheshwar University) at a higher level, which was a proud moment for all of us. The teachers were very understanding and supportive throughout the festival. The annual Youth Festival in December.
Hostel Facilities :
Our college has hostel facility but only for girls. The fee is 2800 approx/ month. In the time of youth festival i visited the hostel because our practices were made in the hostel ground. The hostel was very beautiful. They had good infrastructure. Registration fee is 100 rs. In this location many pg are available you can see them when reaching to hostel.

You have to be in the last semester to receive placemnet offers. There is no explicit eligibility criteria for it though. Some of the recruiters here include Manipal, Appolo, Fortis, Medanta. The highest package that i heard was 8LPA and teh average is around 4-5LPA. About 50-60% stduents acceot the placements. I personally want to be a paramedic at a top notch facility.
