For me it wasn't about picking the most famous college, it was about choosing a place where I felt I could actually learn and grow. I liked that NIAT focuses on practical learning from the first year with coding, projects, and skill development instead of only classroom lectures. The campus environment also felt welcoming, and the scholarship options through NAT made it a practical choice for me. After comparing a few colleges, this one just felt like the right fit and I am happy with the decision
I feel the course is designed in a way that's easy to understand. We don't jump into advanced topics straight away, the basics are covered first and then we gradually move on to coding, projects and practical work. That made the transition from school to college much easier for me. The faculty has also been very supportive. They are approachable, explain concepts patiently and never hesitate to clear doubts. I like that they encourage us to learn by doing instead of just studying for exams.
Yes I took up and internship and I am really glad I did. It was very difficult from classroom learning because I got to work on actual tasks and learn how a professional team works in the begining I was a bit nervous but with time I became more confident and started enjoying the work. The college played a good role by sharing internship opportunities and helping us prepare before applying. Looking back I feel the internship taught me things that can't be learned from textbooks alone. It gave me a better idea of the industry and made me more prepared for my future.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Before joining I only looked at the total fees and honestly it felt expensive at first. But once I spoke to the admission team, I realised that's not the fully picture. The standard Btech tuition fee is around 4lakh per year but the amount you finally pay can be lower if you get a scholarship. The NAT exam is really important because a good score can reduce your tuition fees.
My experience with campus life has been really good so far. Since everyone in the first year is new, it was easy to make friends and settle in. There are clubs, workshops and different student activities that keep us engaged outside the classroom. The classrooms are spacious and well maintained and have smart boards and projectors which makes lectures more interactive. The seating is comfortable and the overall learning environment is good. The library has a decent collection of academic books, reference books, and study materials for different subjects.
The hostel rooms are clean and comfortable and have the basic facilities needed for daily life. The hostel is well Maina and it's easy to get to classes since everything is close by. The mess food is decent for everyday meals. The menu changes throughout the week, so there's some variety instead of the same food every day. Of course everyone has different tastes, but I have found the food to be hygienic and filling.
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
reason I choose this course because of updated technology requirement and job opportunities in this section , Qualification of faculty is good , teachers are supportive , difficulty level is average . not more hike in fee, Government Scholarship are applied.
eligibility criteria is our cgpa should be more than 6 here several companies visit in our college for student recruitement. like tata TCS etc.min package 300000 and maximum package is 5000000.approx.
Placements and job opportunities are available but less than previous year as per my observation. Eligibility criteria is that all subjects have to cleared in previous semesters. Recruiters are Wipro, Raja Software, Cognizant, Veritas, RBL Bank, etc. Highest offering was 12.5 LPA and average package is about 3.5 LPA. About 70-75% students gets placed every year.
