SGGSIE&T Nanded Admission Dates 2027

The 2027-28 admission process is expected to follow Maharashtra's engineering admission calendar. B.Tech applicants must first complete MHT-CET registration and then participate in the DTE Maharashtra Centralised Admission Process.

SGGSIE&T Nanded Courses and Fees

CSE, IT, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Production Engineering and Textile Technology make up the B.Tech choices. Textile Technology and Instrumentation Engineering continue to be offered as degree programmes, which is uncommon among engineering colleges in Maharashtra.

At the postgraduate level, the available fields include AI, VLSI Design and Embedded Systems, Computer Network and Information Security, CAD/CAM, Structural Engineering, Water Management and Textile Technology, along with the other listed specialisations.

SGGSIE&T Nanded Admission Process

Every seat at SGGSIE&T Nanded is allotted on merit through the DTE Maharashtra Centralised Admission Process. The institute has no management quota, direct-admission route or separate college entrance examination. B.Tech selection uses MHT-CET or JEE Main percentile, while M.Tech selection requires a valid GATE score.

B.Tech Admission

B.Tech Lateral Entry

Students with a diploma in a related engineering discipline can seek direct admission to the second year through the DTE Maharashtra Direct Second Year CAP. Diploma holders normally need 45%, while the course runs for three years and carries a total fee of INR 2,48,496.

M.Tech Admission

For M.Tech admission, a relevant B.E. or B.Tech degree with at least 55% is required. Reserved-category candidates need 50%. Applicants must also hold a valid GATE score and take part in DTE Maharashtra's MHPGCET counselling. GATE-qualified students can receive a monthly stipend of INR 12,400 during the programme through the MHRD/AICTE Graduate Scholarship scheme.

SGGSIE&T Nanded Placements

The placement cell manages campus hiring for students completing B.Tech and M.Tech programmes. In the 2024-25 season, more than 80 companies came to the institute and offered over 300 jobs. The highest salary package was INR 18 LPA, and the average stood at INR 6.5 LPA.
