Excellent college with great helpful faculty
Remarks :
i choose VES polytechnic for its reputation,location and good academics. the faculty had practical learning were good , while placements can be improved . admission was through Maharashtra DTE/CAP process after the ssc and 12th , beased on the merit list
Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I paid around 70000rs per during my diploma, so the total fees for 3 years was 210000rs. scholarship and fee concession options are available for eligible students. the fees for SC was around 4 to 5 thousand and for girls the education is free by submiting the required documents
Campus Life :
Campus life at ves polytechnic was good and i enjoyed the activities along with studies. anvesh is the main techno-cultural fest and is usually held arounf january. spurti is the annual sport event also held in december and january. the library has a good collection of textbooks nad reference books
Hostel Facilities :
i did not stay in the college hostel,so i cannot comment much on the food or day to day hostel experience. the college does have hostel facilities for students with seperate accodmation and mess facalities
