Honestly, picking my college came down to a few major things, with the campus culture and placement track record being top of the list. When I was looking around, I wanted a place that wasn't just an academic pressure cooker, but actually had solid industry connections, active student clubs, and a modern curriculum that felt relevant to where the job market is heading. Visiting the campus during an open house sealed it—the vibe was super welcoming, the faculty seemed genuinely approachable, and the practical labs looked top notch compared to other options I was considering.
Course Curriculum Overview :
If I’m being completely transparent, the core curriculum started off as somewhat standard a bit heavy on traditional theory and slightly above average compared to top-tier universities. But The faculty is easily the highlight of the institution. They aren't just professors who read off PowerPoint slides; most of them have extensive industry experience or deep research backgrounds. They’re genuinely accessible outside of lecture hours, whether you need help breaking down a complex project or looking for career guidance. They encourage critical thinking, make lectures engaging with real-world case studies, and regularly mentor students for hackathons and competitions. Having professors who actually care about your progress makes a massive difference in staying motivated.
Internships Opportunities :
I didn't opt for an internship yet. The internship offers are usually provided by the last semester of attending which I'm not currently in. Still the availability of internships are great every passouts are made sure of completing atleast one internship during attendance.
Placement Experience :
Not yet attempted for placements, but so far the placements in previous years where quite good. Lots of MNCs , core industries etc picks students from the campus. I think more than half of last year's passouts were placed in campus drives.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Honestly, having a merit-based discount directly linked to your 12th grade marks is a huge relief for a lot of students and parents.
