I chose this college as it's near my home and my brothers study here, They provide a wide range of programs in the fields of CS, DES, Management, engineering and applied sciences. Thus almost anyone aspiring to higher studies can choose a course here, and what more! they have highly qualified and experienced teachers there ready to guide you to your end goal. Some of the major factors that made me choose this college were its friendly and cooperative ecosystem, where I will be allowed to push past my limits by challenging my rivals. some more factors that led to my decision were its advanced infrastructure and laboratories, along with its advanced syllabus. As a note to anyone out there trying to get into saint gits, there were'nt any group discussions, but there will be a short interview, you would also need to clear either KEAM or JEE-Mains to be qualified for the management seat here, it's preferred if you have over 75% in +2. overall, st. git is a great choice!
I am currently enrolled in the Robotics and Automation couse, it's a course that's not currently very popular in India but is gaining steady traction. The reason i chose it is because of its impact and scope in the future. As we all know these days everything around us is being automated by machines, therefore by the end of next decade, there will be a huge surge in unemployment, by which the only palpable jobs out there will be IT and Automation. Thus i think its good to start fresh in a course that's being developed to help the future. The faculty here is friendly and will help you out with whatever you need. They are a good lot of people in my opinion. The fees in this college a lower than most private colleges out there, the government also provides a merit seat scholarship with a fee reduction.
St.Gits offers a great placement plan, with a lot of big companies offering jobs to aspiring students. some of the major recruiters here are Wipro, Infosys, federal bank and many more companies. you are assured to be eligibe for placement as long as you clear their tests and have cleared all your exams. The average package is around 5 LPA. the placement process starts at third year with internships as well
Campus life is pretty fun, with events happening now and then, there would occasionally be hackathons and car shows, which are a splash of colour in our lives. The infrastructure is pretty well built, and the college is medium-sized, it's spacious and roomy with lots of free space to walk around. The school is also well-maintained and regularly cleaned. As for all the bookworms out there, there is a huge library on the campus.
The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that
college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.
I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events, and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects, giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.
There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech. There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary
The faculity is generally experienced and supportive most students are satisfied. With the teaching clinical exposure. Facilities are friendly with the students. Regularly conducts class test and model exam to help students prepare for their studies and university examination. Faculties are high qualified and experienced
Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.
I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
As I'm a first year student I've not got information about the placement but there are so many placement options from South Indian Bank, icici bank and also from companies like deliotte etc The college has connection with many international companies too.
Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
