Remarks :
Everyone is required to pass the klee exam to secure seats in kerala goverment colleges. Typically ranks below 500 has guaranteed seats in government colleges. Government Colleges provide flexible curriculum which encourages one to involve in extracurricular activities
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course offered by gov law college ernakulam are unitary 3 year llb and bcom llb honours degree. Degree in bcom can be helpful for those interested in corporate lawyer careers. Duration is 5 years
Internships Opportunities :
There are many internship opportunities available in courts. District court and highcourt are very near the college at just walking distance. One should make sure they secure the slots as fast they can .
Placement Experience :
There are currently no placement cell in this college which is pretty disappointing for a college as old as 150 years that too with elite alumnis. There have been planning for proper placement cell but as of now there is nothing
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For five year integrated course, first year fees is 4020 . From second year onwards it's 2640 per year . Students who belong to sc/st, obc and other backward castes can avail e grants benefits. There are currently no merit based scholarship program offered by college
Campus Life :
Campus Life is good. Teachers won't spoonfeed you , you yourself has to study, submit assignments on time, attend classes etc. which is good and helps us in preparing for outside world. It also helps us to explore us as a person
