GLCE has a rich culture and it's nearer to me. The college is near the High Court of Kerala which is also a highlight. You have to take an entrance exam called KLEE which is conducted by the CEE. You have to have a rank of nearly 110 to take admission here.
The course here is not at all rigourous. There's very less academic stress. The faculty is highly qualified with PHDs and all. Exams are conducted semester wise and its difficulty is moderate. It's not too easy and not too hard.
There is compulsory semester wise internships. You have to go for 10 internships during the course. It is fairly easy to get spots for internship in legal entities. It can be courts, with advocates, in government offices, NGOs etc.
There is no active placement cell in the college right now. While GLC Ernakulam does not have a dedicated placement cell, students benefit significantly from the college's reputation and location. The proximity to the Kerala High Court, numerous district courts, and legal firms in Kochi opens up abundant opportunities for internships and job placements.
You have to pay 2500 per year as tuition fee and semester exam fees of 890 per semester. Fees varies for students who are eligible for E-grants. You have to pay a total of 6000 at the time of admission as PTA fund, caution deposit etc
There will be an arts fest in the month of February, a literature fest, a law fest with a moot court competition and mock parliament, and trial advocacy competition. There is 2 sports fests. Almost all the clubs are run by students.
I have not opted for the college hostel. But the fees in college hostel is very minimal, and the food is really good, the menu is changing all throughout the year. I have rented a private hostel. It is near the college and there are several other hostels near the college area.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that
college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.
I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events, and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects, giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.
There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech. There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary
The faculity is generally experienced and supportive most students are satisfied. With the teaching clinical exposure. Facilities are friendly with the students. Regularly conducts class test and model exam to help students prepare for their studies and university examination. Faculties are high qualified and experienced
Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.
I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
As I'm a first year student I've not got information about the placement but there are so many placement options from South Indian Bank, icici bank and also from companies like deliotte etc The college has connection with many international companies too.
Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
