- The Academic syllabus of college is good which is designed according to what today's industry and It sector needs.
- Our college also give importance for sports equally as Academics.
Dislikes
- The Classrooms are little old and bench and desk are also old with little rust.
- The Canteen can be also better as there is only one canteen so it's highly crowded during breaks
Remarks :
This College comes under one of top three college in madurai District. We can take admission through TNEA counseling or under direct management quota. The 2023 cutoff for admission through TNEA counseling, for CSE around 160, IT and AIDS it's 157 , ECE it's 155 and EEE it's 150 and MECH is 130. There are total three rounds of Counseling. The college has decent placements.
Course Curriculum Overview :
As our college is an Autonomous institution, so Course curriculum is decided with the feedback of Alumini and Industrial persons, Many new subjects like ML, DSA are added in our ECE department. The internal exams are conducted every month and failed candidates are instructed to attend remedial class after college. For students from TNEA counseling fees is 55000 , Minority quota and Management quota the fees is 87000 per year. For all government and government aided school students who got admitted through counseling a scholarship of 8000 per year is provided.
Internships Opportunities :
No I haven't opted for any internship till now. But there are internship offered , there are ties between our college and many companies through which students are recruited for internship. Last year Great Innovous Pvt Ltd company offered internship for 10 students in our campus and various other companies like Data patterns, zoho offers internship with stipend of around 10000 to 15000 to students.
Placement Experience :
Students with 7.0 and above with no standing arrears are eligible for placements. For 2024 batch companies like TCS, Zoho, wipro came in our on campus placement drives. The highest package is 8LPA by Zoho and average package is 2.4 to 3LPA. Most of jobs offered are software developer, web developer and cyber security related roles in companies. In 2024 batch around 60 percentage got placed.
Campus Life :
Our college doesn't conduct grand fests like other college and mainly focus on students academics and sports. Our college conducts sports meet during March and Annual day and cultural day on same day in April. The Hostel day is held in May. Our college has good sports facilities and is one of main sports conducting centre for Anna university sports matches. Our college has a large indoor stadium with seating capacity of 2000 students, A cricket and Football ground, volleyball court, Handball court, Badminton courts and 400m running track. The hostel can accommodate around 400 students, currently there are around 140 students in hostel, the hostel has its own gym, library recreation hall with TV. The food quality is good and three days non veg in a week. The hostel fees is 70000 per year.

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
