Likes
- Teacher are so friendly and those teaching style is too good
- Infrastructure is not that much good but ground and smart board and many more things is there
Dislikes
- There are not have proper lab like some important instruments are not there like PCR machine
- Attendance is compulsory and you can't skip lecture
Remarks :
I was interested to doing my graduation in Goa and I searched so I get the results of this university and admission are given directly. When you will fill the form form admission then they will select you on the basis of your 12 result.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was interested in bsc in biotechnology but that fee was too high then I choose bsc microbiology Faculty are highly qualified every teacher have qualified CSIR NET and some teachers are PhD holders Exam are semester wise and that is scheduled in November and April No fee hike some scholarship are available like MCM and one is provided by goa government
Internships Opportunities :
I don't know about other departments but in my department intership was compulsory and I did my internship in district hospital in pathology lab and a government nursery and in last year in every department have a project for 100 marks
Placement Experience :
Placement criteria is only your graduation should be completed and you should passed with good grades Some Pharma company are coming but they not provide a good package they give only 10 to 15k Campus placement is not that much good only few students are placed
Campus Life :
Campus Life is too good in my college many events are going like proteus and many more even in every month event is going Library is good they have lots of book something around 80k books Many sports are there in my college like cricket football basketball table Tanis and many more Many clubs are there in my college like evergreen and many more Hostel are not available in my college

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choosed this course because the course covers all the aspect of commerce field . The teaching method and quality is also very good . We have smartboard in every classroom . All the professors use smartboard to teach . We have 3 isa in which 1st one is compulsorly and in 2nd and 3rd isa we get improvement chance which helps us to score better in term exam as the marks of isa are added in term exam .

At the end of the 3rd year Campus placement starts and I would like to tell that many 4-5 star hotel come to campus for placements Like TAJ , Hyatt , many airports companies Lowest package was around 2.5L annually and highest was around 6-7L per annum
Bits goa - a different experience
Placement Experience :
Placements and internships are good there are two internship seasons named as PS1 and PS2 which is based on our curriculum. During the past 2 years the placements have not been that great because of the ongoing recession. But still companies are coming with less packages and students are getting placed but frequency is less. My plan after the degree is to get some job experience and then I will try to go pursue MBA.

Great ! You can get it easily in your preferred city/country. There are many hotels which are linked to iihm so interships and placements are easily available in your preference. Good fot that reason.

Faculty are very experienced and distinguished personalities they are very knowledgeable in their fields. The course here is very tough. Scholarship is available in 2 channels 1st is merit scholarship, the 2nd is merit cum need scholarship.

On campus placements are offered every year. The highest package last year was around 60 lakh while the lowest was 8lpa. Out of all the students only one student wasn't placed which gives us almost 100% placement rate. Almost all top companies visit our college including Google, Amazon, Facebook etc.

Placements are excellent. Top companies have hired freshers from here . My branch CSE has 100% placement rate and overall all branches have 99% placement rate . Usually students are offered on campus placements so there is no need to go for off campus opportunities
