A brief review of my college
Likes
- I like our decent college environment with lots of people from different tribes. and traditions .
- I like the wide and big campus that our college got for educational purposes which is still upgrading and working right now for modern infrastructure.
Dislikes
- Sometimes I really didn't like the manner of our college because it failed to provide the right faculty ,due to lack of faculty and financial issues many talents were left unexplored.
- During rainy season our college is a bit messy due to poor infrastructure which remain a great burden for us who went to college on foot.
Remarks :
I prefer this college because it is one of the best in our state, the admission process is done after passing the college entrance exams. Every college has its good and bad aspects in my opinion I don't have much to write about because it is fine for me.
Course Curriculum Overview :
There are many courses that our college offers, according to the courses the cut-off marks vary for each course. Exams were conducted timely after 6 months after we completed our semester. The exam difficulty level is a bit higher than average. Teaching methods are somehow good cause they take lectures in a professional way which greatly helps us to upgrade our knowledge. Our college provides scholarship schemes for us, NSP( national scholarship portal), the one thing that is helpful for us is the library which is a great place with peace and tranquility. There is no school fee once we have been admission for the said course. 6000.
Internships Opportunities :
Sorry, I couldn't provide this information precisely but as of my knowledge, those graduates who completed their degree are applying for internships in the college. One special advantage is that having a degree from this college was wanted more by the company and offices compared to other colleges in our state.
Placement Experience :
When I complete my selected course I would like to pursue more and I am thinking of starting my preparation for the civil service exam which I have a great interest in the field. I don't have many ideas about our college internship program. Due to the current situation in Manipur, our flow of learning tends to slow down and takes more time compared to others.
Campus Life :
Our college conducts a college fest during October and November, in this fest we show the talent, skills culture, and traditions of different tribes. The availability of books in the library is quite decent. The classroom though not that equipped with modern amenities is fine. Social groups such as TSU (tribal student union), BCR(boys' common room), and GCr(girls' common room) where have students election for representatives for the said clubs. During my first year, I stayed at a hostel, yes it was a good experience, but the hostel admission and mess fees were a bit high so I couldn't afford to stay any longer due to financial issues from my family. But as of my experience, the hostel environment is good and quite decent.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I opted for Masters in Botany as I wanted to study the biodiversity of plants in Manipur in areas where there are of little records. Additional advantage as Manipur University is in Manipur itself where i want to do my research on.

The placements are not so good but if you are skilled enough you will get up landing on a good job also many of the students prepare for some other exams like gate , cat etc and some of them try internships by their own
At a Glance at National sports university
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement is you have to be pass in all semester and all subjects. NSU has placement portal on their website and they have whatsapp groups in which they continue posting relevent new jobs accros globe. After my deggre i got job in Education department (Sports branch ) , govt of NcT Delhi as assistant coach.

Course Curriculum Overview :
Yes, DMU give so many Faculties like swimming pool, library, sport park, atm, fastfood,etc. And inside the college, you'll fell like staying with nature. I mean there are so many side garden. It make more peaceful for the aspirants students. And for my Course, there'll be two practical room with AC and many more facilities.
First year Experience at IIIT Senapati, Manipur
Placement Experience :
Talking about internships this year students has gone to IIT Madras, ISRO for internships and transfer or course exchange. Placement is fine for a establishing IIIT and considering the location, still Delloitte, Nvidia, etc companies come for interviews and median package is in between 15 to 20 lakhs.
About my college life
Placement Experience :
For now, to get intership students have to pass there final year University exam . But for our batch NEXT exam will be there and we have to crack it for getting our internship. Percentage of internship is good .
RIMS IMPHAL
Placement Experience :
We get placement in our own college. After completing internship we get junior residency in our college. It can be of 6 months or a year it depends on what you choose. After that you may give pg entrance and enter. After post graduation there is mandatory senior residency.
It is overall good.
Placement Experience :
There is many placement provided by the university. In 2year we are eligible for placement. It is around 5lack per year. At the 85 percent we are getting placement. My plan after b. Tech is to work in bollywood.
I like my college very much. It is very coordinate with us.

I chose this course because i like to study science . There are so many students . Teaching method are very good to student. They have done online class also. There are 6 semesters. In 1 year , there are 2 semesters exam . It is not difficult to pass the exam if we study very hard.
