- All the faculties are well qualified and have industry exposure.
Dislikes
- You will not get internal marks easily here as other institutions do. You need to perform well in academics to get internal marks.
- You will bearing a pressure for you project work. They assign a Project guide to you which will help you in every stage and have a good industry exposure.
Remarks :
I had appeared for Nimcet Exam. Secured a decent AIR of 4288 Then I applied for counselling process at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. After Filling the choice I got alloted CDAC Noida in Third round. IPU Release various cut offs for various round but if you have AIR under 4500 in general category you can get CDAC Noida in any of the round. Prepare mathematics, English , CS and Reasoning
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have a keen interest in Computer science and I have come from a BCA background so I decided to opt for MCA for overall development of my carrier. All the faculties are having Industry exposure as all of them are working on some government projects under CDAC. Exam are conducted twice a semester mid sem and finals while each professor can take individual tests. You can apply for EWS scholarship provided by IPU.
Placement Experience :
Placement for the CDAC is quite nice as I know. Some recruiter visiting campus are Yamaha, NCR , TCS . This list is quite broad . Even CDAC itself is a recruiter. Highest package is 14 LPA and average is about 6-7 LPA.
Campus Life :
A technical fest named Colossus is conducted every year in the month of December - January. Library is very facilitated almost every book and journal related to course and some other fields are available. Library is updated regularly. If any book or journal is unavailable you can write a application for it and they will arrange it for you. CDAC organise international conference on EMERGING TRENDS AND TECHNOLOGIES every year. Hostel is best as I have seen other hostels also. International students,Whole staff even director and defence officers visiting CDAC have their lunch there. BTW I am a day scholar I also had a mess card for my lunch. You pay only for what you consume. You card is recharge based.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
