Remarks :
The college is very good. The admission process is very simple. Admission is provided by checking the 12th mark. If 12th mark is above 70% then you are eligible for the admission in Malankara Catholic College.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose microbiology because I love the subject. The department faculties are well trained with doctorate degrees. The teaching level of teachers is also very good. Internal exams are conducted three times a semester and are conducted on time without any delay. At the end of the semester model exams are also conducted which is very useful to develop the academics of the student. About 3 to 4 scholarships are also available in the college like minority scholarships etc...
Internships Opportunities :
Our college provides internship opportunities during final year. I done my internship at a highly reputed hospital that is NIMS Medicity, Neyyatinkara, Thiruvananthapuram. It was totally different experience from our college. It was a one-month course along with both internship and project. I work on topic " Salivary Oxidative stress in patients with early childhood caries ". The internship provided with fully hands on working at laboratory.
Placement Experience :
There are placements from reputed companies. The eligibility criteria for placement is undergraduate (UG) final year and postgraduate (PG) final year. Since I am a UG student, I would like to peruse my PG studies next. Last a company from America is opening their branch in Marthandam , so they were hiring students in the position of assistant reshercher.
Campus Life :
The best of this college is the creative arts. Every even semester we have an intercollege fest. The college gives very importance to co-curricular activities to develop students' skills. Each fest may include dance, pencil sketching, junk art, song, flower arrangement etc. Also each year inter- department competitions are held successfully. Not only arts the college gives equal importance to sports also. Every year sports are conducted in between the semesters. The competition is in between departments. Solo and group events are conducted separately. Running, short put, relay etc.

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
