Likes
- College infrastructure, even if rohtak is a hot place, the campus infrastructure is designed in such a way that it keeps the campus cool
- Timeliness, Everything is done with punctuality here, we never need to wait past said time
Dislikes
- The strictness. It is very strict here and we can be fined upto 50k inr if we break the rules
- We are also allowed to go out only on Sundays which is pretty difficult for us
Remarks :
There is no reason to not choose an IIM, they are the top business schools in India as well as at a Global level. There was an online interview in which they asked questions related to my board's stream and current affairs and was also made to give an extempore speech.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is the best of the best, you study 100+ subjects in 5 years span. Almost all the faculties are PhD holders who graduated from the best colleges of INDIA and have teaching experience of 10 years on average. There are three terms in a year, exams are conducted every 1.5 months and their difficulty level depends on how focused the student is in the classes
Internships Opportunities :
Legal Intern at Frontiers Welfare Society, an Ngo. Also Worked as a Human resources intern at Acmegrade. Conducted legal research and drafting, video making, PPT presentation,etc. Stipend usually ranges from 50k up to 2 lakhs
Placement Experience :
the highest package in 2024 was 48.2 lpa and the average was around 19.8 lakhs with 100% placements. I would like to work in one of the Big Fours of India: Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PwC. There were 150+ recruiters this year. The placement brochure is available in IIMRohtak's official website
Campus Life :
There are many student committees some of which I even don't know exist. You get book access not only through the college library, which is a three-storeyed library but also from various e-libraries provided by the college. Food quality is I would say sometimes very good and the other times good. Taking into consideration the facilities provided by the college for hostellers(free wifi, Aircon, washing machines, etc), there is no point in living in PG or rented rooms

The Career Development Centre (CDC) plays an important role in preparing students for internships and future placements. The CDC conducts career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, resume-building activities, aptitude training, and interview preparation programs to improve students' employability. One initiative that I personally found beneficial was the Internship Fair organized by the university. It provided students with an opportunity to interact with different organizations and apply for summer internships, helping us gain practical industry exposure before entering the final placement season. Such initiatives allow students to build professional experience and develop workplace skills at an early stage.

All the Management persons and all Faculties and Heads and Working persons , even the Housekeeping and our Seniors all are very cooperative and helping and have a humble and polite nature. And I really appreciate them all and very thankful to all of them.

Placement Experience :
KRMU provides placement assistance through its Training and placement cell, which conducts aptitude training, mock interview, resume building sessions and skill development session to improve students employability. Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.
A Growing University with Good Facilities and Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development

Placement Experience :
Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.

Curriculum was very much reasonable and it was very much easy to understand it also had division of management studies and computer studies which made it very much easier for me to understand the faculty was amazing and very helpful

There is no certain eligibility criteria depends on the company and Many company comes all every year. Layi Blinkit, Zomato et cetera et cetera Also, there are separate departments for placement like CDC department

Currently i am perusing my PhD so not applicable for me and the placements i have seen is very impression companies are good like tcs, bain, lumenci, proedge and average package offered is 12 lpa. so i hope to get a good chance for myself and get a very good placement looking forward for the beat chance
