- Faculties are supportive and motivates everyone to do best in research area by cracking various national exams.
Dislikes
- Continuous assessment system burdens the students and makes the schedule really hectic for them to study for competitive exams
- University focuses only on academics and there are very less co curricular activities.
Remarks :
I got admitted to this university through the GAT-B exam. It has an NAAC "A++" grade and a 21 NIRF ranking, which made me choose this university. The entire admission process is online. No group discussions or interviews were held.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was always fascinated by the word RESEARCH and wanted to establish my career in research. All the faculty is highly qualified with more than 10 years of teaching experience and more than 15 years of research experience. Teaching is quite professional and makes use of presentations, boards, and online videos. But sometimes they are very monotonous. Evaluation is based on continuous assessment and exams are held monthly with moderate difficulty level. I get a DBT scholarship of 5000 per month as I was admitted through gate.
Internships Opportunities :
We can do internships in various hospitals, path labs, and DRDO. These all require LOR from the university, which our faculty never hesitates to give. Tasks undertaken during internships include diagnostic tests. We can also do our novel mini-project.
Placement Experience :
Very less number of companies come to our department for placement. Yearly 1 or 2 students get placed from the university placement cell. An exam is required and then an interview to pass to get selected for placement. I plan to get an industrial job after my degree.
Campus Life :
Campus life is quite boring. The annual fest of the name "phoenix" happens every year during April month. It consists of various events and competitions such as Dance, singing, mime, photography, drama, rangoli, etc. There is a swimming pool, indoor stadium, basketball court, football and cricket ground. The central library is quite huge with enormous books in various fields and fiction. Each department has its library too. Hostels are maintained and cleaned regularly. Food is FDA-approved, but north Indians don't find food to be that good. Hostel fees come to around 3.5k per month, which is quite affordable.

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
