I went through a dilemma to select between Gmers Gandhinagar and Gotri as both were available to me. I selected Gamers Gandhinagar as it was a part of Gujarat University and also on fellow reviews we got to know that the hostel is better and no other government hospital nearby diverts the patient flow I selected this college.
It is always a dream to become a doctor and for me, my father is an inspiration to help and guide me through this. The faculty in our college are highly qualified (i.e all are either PG or greater qualified doctors) Teaching methods practised are like giving early exposure to students in hospitals, great lecture halls, etc Every 2-3 months we have term exams and the final exam occurs once a year difficulty of each can be scaled as 6.5/10 and 8.5/10 respectively. I have not applied for any sort of scholarship / financial assistance.
Internships are compulsory after the completion of 4 years of MBBS course. I am still in the 4th year so I don't have any experience of the internship but it said to be a lot of hardship and good hands-on experience time.
Since I am pursuing an MBBS, we don't have college placements and stuff we have internships and bond duty. The basic plan of every student is to complete MBBS and score well in neet PG and a PG seat which is further a 2-3 yr course.
The fear celebrated in our college is IRIS and the month is September mostly The library is not that well established but you can find the necessary books Various extracurricular activities are conducted by the department on various days ex. Blood donation drives/poster competitions/quizzes are conducted on specific days like World Health Day. Telling about the Hostel there are a few mess running around the campus all provide good food (6/10) The hostel are good and well maintained and timely cleaned with proper space in the room
The placements for M. Pharmacy is 90% lj ip is the best college in the Ahmedabad for pharmacy, commerce, class room etc the placements is too good in lok jagruti institute of pharmacy the placements for commerce is also good
They are good after m pharma around 90% but after b pharma not much because students opt to go for further education overall it’s is good and students a can rely on placement after completion of their course
Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.
No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.
Plans after course generally comprise of of masters, as there is saturation of jobs in B. Pharm market, and masters help in skill development and making students employable in the industry as well as education.
Good placements after masters and bachelor’s the support is full from the institution and the companies come to collage and interview us and the placement are 90% and above with the good package expecting
All the faculties in the teaching staff are well qualified and give really good guidance for the curriculum and practical knowledge for each and every subject. The faculties also encourage participation in various extra curricular activities to enhance social networking and other skills.
Curriculum is well structured. The faculty members are also very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we need guidance they are always ready to help and exams are taken may times in one sem like we have mid sem 1 and 2 and internal practical and external practical and final end semester exam.
I havent got any job offer or placement from this University because i m a Diploma student but i will definitely try to search by myself for the job opportunities.I would rather handle my home business may be an 9 to 5 Job.
I have selected this course because of placement opportunity. Faculties members are highly qualified and they usually teach using PPT, white board, computer, etc . There is one mid term exam and one gtu exam per semester.
