- The college is set up in 150 acres with beautiful places inside . It has a lake where boating rowing etc takes place.
Dislikes
- There is nothing as such which I dislike about my college. But as a suggestion the food quality can be improved.
Remarks :
Discipline and determination towards teaching. Yes, I have faced company interviews in the last semester and it gave me an insight about myself. Admission to my college is through IMUCET exams and TMISAT conducted by the college itself. I prepared myself by revising the basics of the subjects in 11th and 12th.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum has been introduced new for our batch. It not only helps us become a marine engineer but also gives us a minor degree in electrical or mechanical. It has been developed such that an individual has an all-around development throughout the course. All the top 40 cadets in every semester are given scholarships starting at 40000.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, I have opted for an onboard internship and have been placed in a company named British Petroleum. The average salary pa is around 3L and the project given was research on biodiesel as an alternative fuel. We studied the spray characteristics of biodiesel and found out that it is more beneficial and less pollutant as compared to petrol, diesel, etc.
Placement Experience :
The college provides placement opportunities right from 2nd year. Various multinational companies visit our college for placement. TMI holds a very good record of placement for the various courses provided here. A few visited recruiters are: Chevron, Stena, BP
Campus Life :
The campus life is great. It involves academics along with co-curricular activities such as sports, cultural events, and numerous clubs. A few of the sports, and events held are: squash, tt, badminton, football, volleyball, natak kriya, etc few clubs are cookery, maths pi club, academic assistance club

They are good after m pharma around 90% but after b pharma not much because students opt to go for further education overall it’s is good and students a can rely on placement after completion of their course

Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.

No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.

I have selected this course because of placement opportunity. Faculties members are highly qualified and they usually teach using PPT, white board, computer, etc . There is one mid term exam and one gtu exam per semester.
