I was thinking of getting admission to the MBBS field. I took a competitive exam called NEET-UG to get admission to the medical field. other than neet ug I didn't take any exam for admission to this college. The infrastructure and the reviews about the college and faculties impressed me and were enough good so that I was admitted to GAIMS.
MBBS has always been my dream and so has my mother's and that's why I chose this course. The faculties in my college are very kind and helpful. All the faculty members are qualified MD doctors. There are a total of four exams held by the college every year.2 internal exams,1 prelim exam, and 1 university exam. There is one scholarship named Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavlamban Yojana (mysy) in Gujarat for medical students, MBBS students can get up to 2 lakh scholarship which depends on how much the fees you are paying.
Yes, internship opportunities are available in the college. we do an internship for 1 year in g k general Hospital. monthly stipend is around 20000 to 25000. during an internship, we practice in the hospital and the primary health centers.
The internship duration is 12 months. In which we practice in the hospital and primary health centers. after getting the degree you can apply for the competitive exam called NEET PG to get admission for postgraduation.
Aura is the annual function which is conducted every year in August and September. Other than that we also celebrate Holi, Navratri, and Ganesh Chaturthi.in GAIMS there is a very huge library including 3 floors. in the library, the collection of books is very large and you can find all the books in the medical field there. sports like badminton volleyball and cricket accessories are also available. we celebrate sports week 2 times a year.
The placements for M. Pharmacy is 90% lj ip is the best college in the Ahmedabad for pharmacy, commerce, class room etc the placements is too good in lok jagruti institute of pharmacy the placements for commerce is also good
They are good after m pharma around 90% but after b pharma not much because students opt to go for further education overall it’s is good and students a can rely on placement after completion of their course
Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.
No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.
Plans after course generally comprise of of masters, as there is saturation of jobs in B. Pharm market, and masters help in skill development and making students employable in the industry as well as education.
Good placements after masters and bachelor’s the support is full from the institution and the companies come to collage and interview us and the placement are 90% and above with the good package expecting
All the faculties in the teaching staff are well qualified and give really good guidance for the curriculum and practical knowledge for each and every subject. The faculties also encourage participation in various extra curricular activities to enhance social networking and other skills.
Curriculum is well structured. The faculty members are also very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we need guidance they are always ready to help and exams are taken may times in one sem like we have mid sem 1 and 2 and internal practical and external practical and final end semester exam.
I havent got any job offer or placement from this University because i m a Diploma student but i will definitely try to search by myself for the job opportunities.I would rather handle my home business may be an 9 to 5 Job.
I have selected this course because of placement opportunity. Faculties members are highly qualified and they usually teach using PPT, white board, computer, etc . There is one mid term exam and one gtu exam per semester.
