Yes, there are exams to get into the chain of government engineering colleges you have to take 12th boards and another exam called GUJCET(Gujarat Common entrance test) the combined score of these exams will be calculated according to their internal weightage and then the merit number is given to you, after that according to merit list and your preferences you get the calls from the colleges.
Yes, I opted for the internship program of the college I got a good opportunity out of the college companies so I haven't enrolled in the companies coming to campus. But yes one who doesn't have connections can rely on college for an internship you will get at least a non-paid internship from the college
There are few opportunities but not many as it is a government college so you can not rely totally on the college placements but yes you can expect 2-3 good opportunities from the campus and also an average package of the college for my branch of computer science is around 3-5 lakhs per annum. The recent data I don't know much about that.
It is good in terms of social life but also exhausting sometimes because of the long lecture timings and lack of infrastructure in and outside the campus. The college organizes a few events like freshers, sports week, days, annual fest, and Garba night to bring a positive and fun environment to the campus but it's not that exciting for the people who want a campus life like movies.

Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.
No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.

Curriculum is well structured. The faculty members are also very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we need guidance they are always ready to help and exams are taken may times in one sem like we have mid sem 1 and 2 and internal practical and external practical and final end semester exam.
I havent got any job offer or placement from this University because i m a Diploma student but i will definitely try to search by myself for the job opportunities.I would rather handle my home business may be an 9 to 5 Job.
I have selected this course because of placement opportunity. Faculties members are highly qualified and they usually teach using PPT, white board, computer, etc . There is one mid term exam and one gtu exam per semester.
