Based on my ACPC rank, this was the optimal college for me. Regarding the admission process, all the seats are filled according to ACPC counselling. So, round 1 and round 2 of the ACPC are handled online and we need to fill our choices there based on that we will get the allotment. Rank between 4000 - 10000 will get the seat in Round 1 and Round 2. In Round 3, ACPC will release the vacant seats present in all the colleges then we need to go to the college and fill out the form for that offline. Ranks up to 13000 - 14000 will get admission in Round 3. Overall the admission process is seamless and the college authorities will also guide you and update you accordingly. I got admission in round 3.
I liked the course curriculum because if we compare it with GTUs many important subjects are not covered there, but here majority of the important subjects are covered, also with many elective options. In each semester two exams occur: 1 Mid Semester Exam - 30 marks (5 marks for each question. total 6 questions) 2. Final Semester Exam: 70 mark exam (Theory) + 30 marks Practical Exam. The faculty-to-student ratio is about 1 to 80 which I think is decent and the majority of the faculty can handle the class properly. Some faculties are very expert in their subjects and their teaching style is just amazing. But on the same side, you will some faculties which can't even teach without looking at their PPTs. Talking about scholarships, there is an option for the MYSY scholarship (RS 50000) for those students who have 80% or above in their 12th board examination. Students who secured TFWS seats will get a 100% Tuition Fee Waiver. Total fees per semester: 54000
There are no direct internships provided by the college but yes they keep updating us if there are any good internship opportunities are present. But yes, an internship is compulsory for students in the 7th and 8th semesters. For the past two years, LDRP has tied up with TatvaSoft and provided some sort of Virtual Internship (not mandatory) for interested students.
Campus placements start from mid 7 semester and students will become eligible to apply for that. TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Capgemini, Arguesoft, Tatvasoft, eInfochips, Simform and small companies from Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad visit here. Wide varieties of profiles are offered by companies covering major domains like Web Development, Data Scientist and Software engineering. Many other companies like rtCamp don't visit the campus but provide updates via college about their online job opportunities. The highest package goes up to 10-12 LPA and the average package is around 3-4 LPA. About 60% who applied for placements get placed. I am also planning for the campus placement, currently targeting rtCamp.
Xenesis is a tech event of tech fest that happens every year in LDRP and many participants from other colleges also attend this event. I love this event, here students organize their events, open their food stalls and many events (kind of game) including both tech and non-tech organized here. Meanwhile, Sports and extracurricular activities happen throughout the year which I don't know much in detail. I sad thing is, there are no student clubs or groups here which is not appreciable. And I want college authorities should look into this matter. In the library, you will find all the course curriculum books, reference books and also non-academic books. In the library, one lab is present, where we can get previous year's question papers too. Regarding the hostel, the fees are 35000 - 40000 per year including mess charges. I didn't opt for a hostel, but I know hostel facilities are decent and average. And yes you can find a few PGs nearby.
The placements for M. Pharmacy is 90% lj ip is the best college in the Ahmedabad for pharmacy, commerce, class room etc the placements is too good in lok jagruti institute of pharmacy the placements for commerce is also good
They are good after m pharma around 90% but after b pharma not much because students opt to go for further education overall it’s is good and students a can rely on placement after completion of their course
Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.
No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.
Plans after course generally comprise of of masters, as there is saturation of jobs in B. Pharm market, and masters help in skill development and making students employable in the industry as well as education.
Good placements after masters and bachelor’s the support is full from the institution and the companies come to collage and interview us and the placement are 90% and above with the good package expecting
All the faculties in the teaching staff are well qualified and give really good guidance for the curriculum and practical knowledge for each and every subject. The faculties also encourage participation in various extra curricular activities to enhance social networking and other skills.
Curriculum is well structured. The faculty members are also very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we need guidance they are always ready to help and exams are taken may times in one sem like we have mid sem 1 and 2 and internal practical and external practical and final end semester exam.
I havent got any job offer or placement from this University because i m a Diploma student but i will definitely try to search by myself for the job opportunities.I would rather handle my home business may be an 9 to 5 Job.
I have selected this course because of placement opportunity. Faculties members are highly qualified and they usually teach using PPT, white board, computer, etc . There is one mid term exam and one gtu exam per semester.
