Likes
- The college has a Central Library where enough books are available as per your requirements. Library provides high-speed internet as well. Hostel facility is good having a common room in the hostel where the students can play indoor games and even watch TV. Food quality is decent as per the money charged. The college also provides medical facilities. The hostel facilities include sports and games like volleyball, badminton, chess, table tennis and carrom, etc.
- I have made ,many friends and my network to survive in this college still there are multiple events like freshers and farewell it depends on person to person how to take the campus life that easy in my case i enjoyed a lot.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is good but I do dislike it in some ways. There is no cleanliness in class and surroundings. The washrooms are also untidy. Ther is no proper canteen or mess. The hostelers are like surviving just like stray animals.
- Faculties are also not thet friendly. Some are nice and calm but some are just violent like they are maniac, just shout for nothing. We students don't know what we have done and they start shouting and scolding for just silly things.
Remarks :
I chose this college because I like to explore new cities and places so I chose a distance college to learn also I needed the particular course that made me choose this college. I joined as a management seat and there were no interviews or anything. I just applied and I had been gone through a seminar class that day itself.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Facilities like Wi-Fi and air-condit classrooms are available in the college. Labs are still in the old academic building, so they are not good. The college has a Central Library where enough books are available as per your requirements. We need to give two exams, mid-semester and end- exams, every semester. Passing an exam is never a problem but if you want to be on the top, you need to work a little hard. No viva is there in the mid-, but we need to give viva during the end semesters along with practicals. Placements are the best thing in NIT Jamshedpur. Around 99% of students get placed. The highest package offered is 83 LPA and the average package is 14 LPA. Companies like Google, infotech etc.. come for conducting interviews.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship programs are often held in our college. Many companies such as Google, Tata, Mahindra, infosis, etc.. provide many opportunities for students to apply for job and get a well-settle life. Our college promises 99% placement assurance for those who are apt for the same with great endurance
Placement Experience :
As a student of the top-ranking institute in the country, I can gladly say, the industry-leading companies visit our campus for placement drives. I have seen my seniors grab high-designed jobs in eminent companies like TCS, Cognizant, Larsen & Toubro and many more. Most of the students get placed every year with a good salary package. I would like to work as a software engineer. I like to be a web developer, software creator etc...
Campus Life :
I am a day scholar student. There are currently 22 halls on the premises, with an additional 2 halls set to be officially opened on the 20th of 2024 by the prime minister. The campus is equipped with a wide range of amenities including sports facilities, a library, Wi-Fi, dining options, laboratories, auditoriums, a 24-hour hospital, and more. All requirements are met within the campus. The college provides us with a wide range of opportunities to dwell with nature. As the college is situated below some mountains we get a feel of hiking and studying along with natural beauty.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
