Remarks :
I choose MEERUT INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY COLLEGE's Computer science program because of it strong reputation and focus on practical skills . After graduation , i hope to work as a software developer . the faculty seem to be experienced professionals with a passion for teaching . the admission is based on both intermediate result and JEE-Mains percentile. For computer science program a student must have above 60 percentile in JEE-MAINS EXAM.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I want to work as a software developer as I find myself a tech-GEEK , so that's why i choose B.TECH COMPUTER SCIENCE PROGRAM IN MIET. the faculty is experienced professionals and their way of teaching is excellent . In my college the exams are conduct monthly basis after we getting two units get completed we had sessionals and after the completion of semester syllabus we had pre university exam . The fees hike is not too much and cost to study is not that high.
Internships Opportunities :
A lot of companies offered internship in our college mostly they are startups and companies like cisco , TCS offered internship in our college. They mainly worked as trainee in their companies under internship.
Placement Experience :
The placements are pretty decent in the college and the student should have more than 6cgpa for placement. Our seniors got a good packages from deloitte . The highest package of the college is 45lpa offered from AWS. almost 90% students are getting placed every year . I want to work as a Software developer in any MNC.
Campus Life :
Previous year in November we had a fest named KOLAHAL And in that fest Aastha gill come in our college for a concert . Our college had three libraries and the library had a lot of books . our college had a lot of groups like MLSA MIET, GDSC MIET, E-CELL MIET , SWARANG.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
